Job Well Done!

Arrived in Cabo, Found our driver at the designated spot. They had us listed to go to the wrong hotel which they corrected immediately. We also were un able to use our U.S. Phones in Mexico so the representative allowed us to use his personal phone to verify our return date and time. We received a text the night before we left reminding us of our pick up time. Van arrived exactly on time and we were on our way to the airport. Overall, Epic went above and Beyond to deliver us to and from our hotel!

Driver's waited for other passengers who went to the bar and drink before boarding, which delayed departure. Also the van was not ready at the meeting point, arrived 15 minutes later. The phone number given to contact upon arrival was never answered, texts never replied.

Too long waiting time. We were soooo tired after waiting 1 hour at the airport for pick up. We even called in advance to tell you that we were walking to pick up location 10. It was a long wait.

Make sure you walk all the way outside Cabo airport to the canopies (do not stop at the tourism desks). Found the Epic pick up coordinator really easy. Fast and friendly service. Would book again!

Reliable Transportation

I was upset upon arrival because the bus had the wrong schedule for my arrival. The Attendant told me the bus had already left and no bus was there to take me and my wife to the hotel. The Attendant made arrangements for another bus to come and pick us up so we waited for about 25 to 30mins. The ride was good to the hotel and I would use again.

Good transportation in Cabo

The transportation was on time. The vehicle was in good condition and the driver was friendly. The only thing is that it took me quite some effort to get confirmation of the pick up time for the way back. They gave me a number to call, but no one ever answered my call. Eventually I got the confirmation via customer service of Viator.

Although I contacted Epic as directed from the baggage area, I still had to wait almost an hour to leave the airport on this shuttle. Everyone else who had been on my flight was long gone at this point.

HORRIBLE experience

I was told there wouldn't be a wait, only 10 minutes. I waited almost an hour asking numerous times how long it would be. I ended up paying for a taxi so that I wasn't late for my event. The shuttle DID NOT pick me up for my return ride and didn't even call or email me. TERRIBLE service.

2 stars is generous. No one at any of the numbers or chat desk provided is reachable I tried to contact them multiple times in numerous ways. It took over an hour from meeting at the meet up spot to be picked up despite the 15-30 minute promise. Then I was taken to the wrong hotel despite confirming multiple times in person and digitally my hotel. Staff was nice and friendly but highly disorganized and unable to provide any details. I ended up booking alternate pick up transportation because I was not confident they would even pick me up.

Friendly service and safe driver! Meeting place was well equipped with staff! Waited for about 20 minutes for transportation and then 30 min to the hotel.

Cesar went above and beyond to make sure our return trip happened. I accidently booked the wrong day back and did not discover until the morning of, Cesar was able to secure us a ride and we made it to the airport with plenty of time. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because their description says they have car seats available and that turned out not to be the case.

Being pretty gracious with a 3 rating. They took 45 min from the time I texted texted them I was leaving customs to the time they got us on a shuttle. I would have booked a private transfer if they had been clear it would take this long. They emailed us stating our return shuttle would be at 2:50pm and showed up 25 minute early with no notice and almost missed it because we were changing in the bathroom.

Affordable, compared to other options. But driver didn’t know (despite that I listed it in my reservation) which resort I was going to. Also, when confirming my return to the airport, no one responded to the chat function from Epic. I had to start a chat with Viator before getting a response. Finally, driver on return to airport took the long way through the city despite knowing I had a plane to catch.
