Concerning pick up our car was waiting outside at the security gate because it is a collective bus and not a private tour to wait for you at the reception door. Bus passed by and waited and then left. We were with you on Whatsapp from 8:43 pm before pick up time and the problem was mainly due to exact pick up place at your hotel. After the bus left we immediately sent you a private car to take you to bus that means we do care about our customers. When you entered the bus then you complained that you did not like the seats however seats are not assigned, each client is entitled one seat subject to availability. We asked you if this was not what you want we will give you full refund. The complain that you missed your lunch. Again we reiterate this is a collective tour the return time is approximate. Unlike private tour where you will return to your destination at the time you want.
