Jag vet att du har fått ett bekräftelsebrev som förklarar våra mötesplatser och upphämtningsplatser, men sedan dess har det skett en stenras och staden Skagway har varit tvungen att göra några förändringar vid en av våra större hamnar. Att göra det har tvingat Klondike Tours att förändra hur vi träffas innan turnéer. Så vi kommer inte längre att träffas vid hamnen; vi kommer att be alla våra gäster att söka resor med SMART-bussarna till 3rd och Broadway till vårt kontor. SMART-bussar kommer till alla hamnar var 10:e till 15:e minut; snälla hoppa ombord och berätta för föraren att du ska till Klondike Tours. Det kommer ingen avgift för denna resa. Du kommer att träffa din förare här på vårt kontor på 3rd och Broadway. Återigen tackar vi dig så mycket för din förståelse. Amazing tour for 1/2 (or less) price you will pay through the cruise line. Guide was awesome - great stories, knowledgable, took us to a beautiful waterfall and gold rush cemetery. Take this tour, you won’t be disappointed!
We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion and highly recommend to anyone visiting Scagway.

Our guide, Denise, was very knowledgeable and provided us very interesting facts and stories. Favorite part was going to the summit where it was snowing lightly and I got to make a snowball (which I threw at my husband).

Beautiful Tour! Amazing tour guide Castle was so informative of the landscape and culture. Preferred this tour as opposed to being stuck on a train for hours; we got to make several stops for photos and also toured through town. Cemetery stop also includes a short 5 minute hike to the beautiful Reid Falls. Small mini bus holds 20 people maximum so it never felt crowed.
I definitely recommend this trip.

Our tour guide was phenomenal. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. The graveyard was very interesting as well as the history of Skagway. The scenery was amazing and the waterfalls were beautiful.

Our tour guide, Castle, was fantastic. She was so knowledgeable about the area. This tour was a great overview of Skagway. We had been here a few other times, but we saw things on this tour that were new to us. Definitely recommend!

Skagway Historic Cemetery, Reid Falls and the ride up the Alaskan Hwy. The driver, Castle I believe, gave wonderful background commentary on all we saw.

Great driver. Had good photo opportunities. A small minibus drove us up the white pass and we stopped at multiple locations for pictures.

Well worth your time and money

Beautiful scenery and nice stops. Every stop was fun, mining for gold was a blast too. The only down side was it was a hot day and the A/C was broken. Unusually hot day, normally it's rainy and cold but windows didn't open so it did get hot but with frequent stops did help.

Spoiled day thanks of Viator

Weren’t informed by Viator that the tour was cancelled by them or by tour operator. Upon arrival I was told that they don’t have a reservation and after showing the tickets I was told that the booking was cancelled. Viator is since then in a process of “investigating” but hasn’t refunded the amount payed. Since we got the information about cancellation just about the tour was to begin we were not able to chose another tour because we only had a few ours left in the port. Spoiled day thanks of Viator.

Billie a 27 yr year round resident was our guide. She not only shared the beauty and history of Skagway but her life experiences. At the end of the tour you were family and you took home a total feeling of her joy and love of a life very different from yours. There is nothing like a tour by a local.

It sounds like you had a good time, got to see some sights and had some fun with your driver but I’m feeling that the drive up to the summit didn’t meet up with your expectations, I can understand that. Some people are mountian people and some people are water people. I’m happy that you had an excellent trip but I wish your circles would have shown it more. Haha. ;)
Great White Pass Excursion

We had a wonderful excursion on the White pass with Billie. She was extremely informative about the history of Skagway as we drove through the beautiful White Pass area. She stopped from many times for us to get out and take photographs and let us stay as long as we wanted until we were ready to get back on the bus. I would highly recommend this for anyone and I think it's better than the White Pass railroad excursion.

The tour left late and drove around looking for people not even confirmed which made it so we had to rush and not being able to do/see everything we were supposed to. The gold panning was a joke and we asked for a refund. Would not recommend.

As with most transportation businesses Klondike Tours has felt the struggle of the new US DOT regulations and recovering after the Covid years has also left most Alaskan communities in a pinch but we are all doing our best to welcome our lower 48 neighbors. In the 23 years that Klondike Tours has been running we have always strived to treat our guests as family, and it breaks our hearts when even one person Walks away Unsatisfied. Please accept our apology. Every day our team is learning and working new ways to give our guests the best experience we can.

Our 10.30 tour was cancelled & we were put on the 2.00 tour. The bus stopped too long at places that were not particularly interesting. The result was that we missed out on the Gold Rush cemetery & the gold panning experience. The whole tour was 2h 20 mins. Not good value at all. Will not be recommending it.

As the general manager, I accept Complete responsibility for this. I wish that I’d been informed. I would’ve refunded your money. We have since released this driver, and he no longer works for a company. Thank you For letting us know, although I would’ve refunded your money and now it’s too late.
