Turnén tillät oss att besöka de tre vackra Amalfi-städerna på en dag med ordentlig ledig tid på varje plats men vi vill ha mer tid i Positano. Ytterligare båttur var ett plus för att låta oss se vackra Amalfikusten från havet. Föraren, tyvärr glömde hans namn, var mycket entusiastisk och hade bra sinne för humor, vilket gjorde en hel resa trevlig. Rekommenderar starkt denna turné.

Fin utsikt men överskattad

Vår guide Enzo var mycket personlig och entusiastisk, är en mycket bra förare och gjorde dagen roligare. Amalfikusten är dock överskattad. Medan utsikten är underbar och vi inte skulle ha velat köra dessa vägar själva, fokuserade denna turné på att shoppa för samma dyra föremål i varje stad. Vi skulle ha uppskattat mer relevant information om varje plats och dess historia.

This is why you have free time in Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. To say our tour focused on shopping I totally disagree as what you do during your free time is entirely up to you. It seems you were comparing prices of items in each town, if it was something in particular you were looking for im sure EnZo could have made some suggestions along with any further relevant information that you wanted to know. Fantastisk dag ute längs Amalfikusten med Massimo

Vi hade en fantastisk dag ute med Massimo, han hämtade oss i en minibuss från hotellet och vi var i en grupp på åtta personer. Vi kunde inte förstå allt han sa och mikrofonen var trasig så om du satt där bak kunde du inte höra alls, men han var en fantastisk karaktär och höll oss roade hela dagen. Ravello var dagens höjdpunkt och vi hade ett underbart besök i Villa Rufolo som vi starkt rekommenderar. Tack till Massimo för en fantastisk dag ute och även till Max för att han organiserade resan.

Omväg kortare tid i städerna

På grund av ett stenskred som stängde en väg, var vi tvungna att ta en rondell för att se Amalfi, Ravello och Positano. Så vi spenderade mer tid på att köra bil istället för att besöka städerna.

Detta var en fantastisk upplevelse och det bästa sättet att se och uppleva några städer och sevärdheter på Amalfikusten. Katie var en fantastisk förare och de stopp vi gjorde var utmärkta med precis tillräckligt med tid att njuta. Vi fick till och med möjligheten att stanna för en färsk citron- och apelsindrink, åka på en kustnära båttur och ett stopp i Ravella för en mycket god lunch.

Underbar turné, värd av Tony som var ett fantastiskt stöd. A Wonderful Almafi Coast Tour

Stopping at several city spots before the Almafi Coast was amazing and enjoyable. Took lots of pictures of the beautiful mountains and ocean and the shops had pretty merchandise. Our tour guide, Gatiano, was an excellent tour guide and a very safe driver. He shared some history of each of the cities. I highly recommend this wonderful day tour by van. It was also nice meeting other tourists who spoke English.

Beautiful views

Stunning views. Very good driver. We were sitting at the very back and it was almost impossible to hear anything that the driver said over the noise of the air conditioning. It felt a fairly rushed experience. It took time to negotiate the crowds and we were last off the bus each time as we were at the back. Time in Positano was about right. Time in Amalfi could have been slightly longer. When we got to Ravello we weren't sure where we were as we hadn't heard the announcement and were too concerned with finding out the time to return and where to find the bus to ask that question before the driver had to move off. We were unsure of where to go or how to get to the town. There was little time to look around Ravello as it took a very long time to get served with basic panini and a drink. We did comment on this to our driver, but his response was that we should have looked around first before getting food. Breakfast had been very early and we needed something to eat by Ravello. We needed clear instructions of which way to go from where we got off the bus. A basic printed map of the area with points of interest would have been helpful.

Thankyou. Really happy you enjoyed the views for us safety and communication is important so we appreciate you thought our driver was very good. When opting without lunch you have 2 hours in Ravello and what you do during this time is entirely up to you and as it’s such a beautiful popular town it has a tourist office and good signage of where to go, and as a result almost everyone speaks english. However, any doubts you may have had regarding direction all you needed to do was ask your driver. Regarding the noise of the aircon this is a good point for us to improve on. Relaxing and enjoyable.

Giovanni was full of life!! He sang the entire tour while driving.. He made us laugh and I as a solo traveler felt safe. His driving was excellent and never made us feel unsafe We had a good amount of time in each stop (Positano, Amalfi and Ravello) and didn't feel rushed or spent too much time in each place. We had lunch at an amazing restaurant with a great view.. Thank you for such a great experience.

Almalfi coast towns

Enzo was a fantastic patient guide for us and driver! He knows the area veey well and provided great knowledge. We did not like, however, being pushed to do a boat tour as some did not particularly want to do. Some had to say "no" several times.

Amazing Amalfi Coast

The tour was wonderful, such a beautiful coast line. We had stops at three very different towns. We were also given times and locations to stop at for amazing pictures. A trip that can’t be missed and what safe driver!! We felt very comfortable on those very narrow roads ….very important for those roads.

Disappointing

I’ve had many fine outings with Viator. This one did not live up to my expectations. Our driver Massimo spent the first hour trying to cajole us into taking other optional offerings of the tour - guided walking tour, boat ride, lunch - while we trying to enjoy the scenery. Several times when good opportunities arose to take photos we were told we would stop at those locations on the way back including a stop at a ceramics factory. But instead Massimo chose to leave the beautiful coast and come back though the hinterlands of Sorrento, grimy suburbs of Naples, tenements and tunnels on the interstate highway. A true disappointment!

Thankyou I am sorry our tour did not live up to your expectations. All our drivers are friendly, professional and above all put safety first. Which is why we only stop at certain points on the Coastal road, with over 1000 short bends in the road we have to be very careful where we stop. We give local knowledge and suggestions of what to see and do while visiting our towns along the way, some people were particularly interested in ceramics and also had been recommended by other friends about the minicruise in Amalfi. By reading our reviews this option has become very popular. This particular day the rain had stopped and the sun was out so Massimo on return wanted to give everyone a surprise by returning over the mountains, stopping at the top gives a spectacular view of Vesuvio sitting in between the 2 gulfs of Naples and Salerno also showing local authentic rural life “ as you mentioned “grimy suburbs of Naples” he is also sorry this was disappointing. I hope at least you enjoyed the views Grazie mille Max Palomba & Massimo
