Thank you for taking your time to leave us your feedback on our Cruise Shared Ride Service to Heathrow Airport. I totally understand your frustration with the cruise company which allocated a later disembarkation time, therefore you were not able to meet our driver in time for the service.
The shared service leaves the cruise terminal by not later than 8:15 am, which is specified on the booking details. A day prior to you arriving in ports you did called through to the office, to inform us that you will be disembarking later than schedule between 8:45 am to 9 am because the ship was running one hour behind schedule, this was confirmed with other passengers on your ship therefore the departure time was changed to 9:15 am for all passengers off your ship.
On the day of the service the other passengers on the shared service met our driver before 9 am, and we waited an additional 40 minutes before leaving the terminal we attempted to call your cell phone which went straight to voice message, we would've waited longer but the other passengers that met our driver before 9 am were getting very frustrated that we have not left the terminal as they were told that the service will leave at 9:15 am.
We tried to call you on multiple occasions we sent you emails explaining what was happening on the day with no reply.
Again I do want to apologise for leaving you at the cruise terminal, but we had no choice, when booking a shared service you are not the only passengers on the service. We have to take into consideration the other passengers who have booked the the same service and who have met the driver within the specified time.
