Turnén var rolig, både vår guide och förare var mycket trevliga. Parken var vacker och guiden var mycket hjälpsam och var stolt över att visa oss denna del av hans land Skradin var ett härligt stopp för att utforska och äta lunch. Krka flodbåttur var lugn och också mycket vacker. Rekommenderas starkt!

Great day out

This was a very enjoyable tour. Our guide, Sanja, was excellent - friendly, informative and very clear in her instructions with regard to meeting points and times. The tour comprises coach transport to the Krka National Park, an hour’s drive from Split, with a wine-tasting at a local family winery. A boat ride from the town of Skradin then takes you into the Krka National Park where you can admire the impressive waterfalls, before travelling back to Split in the coach. You don’t need to take any food or drink with you as there is ample bread and cheese offered at the winery as well as four wines - red, rose, white and desert. The Krka National Park caters for thousands of visitors and there are lots of places to buy food and drink and places to sit. However, be warned that you will need to be moderately fit for this tour as although you enter the park by boat, you will need to climb 200 steps up to the coach park to leave it! You can take it gently and we both managed it despite being in our late 70s. Excellent value for money and a chance to admire a pristine part of Croatiannature.

This would have been better had it been a half day tour to Krka National Park. The town where you are dropped off for 90 minutes was not worth the time and the winery was average at best and much too long of a stop.

Our host was professional and warm, we found the pick up location easily and had enough time to enjoy each location. Staff were prompt and professional and especially helpful when there was an unexpected medical incident on the coach back, they really helped a lot. Highly recommend! I was a solo traveler looking for things to do in Croatia and I came across this and wanted to check it out. I was not disappointed! The scenery on the bus ride to the falls was nice. Seeing all the hills, mountains, and greenery was pretty. Overall, the tour was five stars! The falls were absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It felt like I was in a postcard. Our guide was very helpful. She kept us all on schedule and made sure we all knew where the meeting points were and the times to be there. The river boat ride had such beautiful views. My favorite part was the wine tasting. I loved the wine tasting and bought a few bottles to take home with me. It was such a fun experience, and I was able to meet, talk to, and laugh with the other people in the group, which was great for me being a solo traveler.

Beautiful tour and amazing guide

Our tour guide, Mate, was wonderful. He provided a great history lesson of the region on the way to Krka. He was very personable and made a point to connect with each person on the tour. The waterfalls were amazing, unlike anything I have ever seen. I would high recommend the wine tour, it was a great way to experience a family owned winery and the wine tasted great.

Worth the Trip

We met at a travel agency at 8:30 and then walked a few blocks to where we got on the bus. Departure to return was from 9 to 5:30 approximately (not quite the 10-12 hours the web information noted.) It's about 90 minutes each way. Nonetheless, KRKA park is really amazing. All you need to do is follow the wooden walkway (which is less than 2 km) through the park. You'll see an incredible number of beautiful waterfalls and streams. Even if it's a bit overcast, the scenery is spectacular. There are a few places to get something to eat or drink at the end (lots of outdoor seatings). The most scenic, must-photograph waterfall is at the end near this area. Unfortunately, the boat ride we were promised to the town of Skradin from here was not available (apparently the park was no longer offering as many boats since it was October -- bad on Viator for not knowing that and having us pay for something we didn't get.) Instead, we took the bus to Skradin. Some people chose to swim at the public beach (warm enough even in Oct.) while people like us sought out restaurants for lunch. (We opted for the fourth floor of a waterfront hotel which had good food and a view.) The last stop was at Sladic Winery for a tasting. It was a bit rushed. The guy leading the tasting didn't give us much info on the winery; he just led us through tasting four wines. Bread, olive oil and cheese was included with the tasting. Unfortunately, the winery only takes cash so a lot of us weren't prepared for that and couldn't buy extra wine. There was no opportunity to look around the winery. Overall, our guide was enthusiastic but wasn't quite on top of handling a large group. (We were supposed to get photos via What's App, but she neglected to follow up with those of us who had trouble getting the app to connect on the bus and didn't input our information manually so we'd get the photos. We also left a backpack at the park and told her about it. She was going to check on it but never got back to us. However, we did go the local travel agency the next day that did at least attempt to call the park and see if anyone turned it in.) The tour would have been better if the waterfall part was a bit shorter and the wine tasting longer. Skradin could have easily been skipped. However, it was nice and convenient travelling by bus. It would also be helpful if Viator provided some literature or other information that provided more details about the locations being visited.

Unfortunately that is something over what we don't have any influence. Sometimes in the end of the season (October) park decides not to send the boats due to low visitations in the park. Excellent way to spend a day in Croatia

This was a beautiful cool shaded park with lots of easy to navigate boardwalks over flowing water and small waterfalls. Then at the end we were treated to the largest one in the park. Just beautiful! The wine tasting afterwards was also a very nice outing and we really enjoyed the wine, bread and cheese. A great way to spend a day as we had to be in Split a few extra days before our flight for home.
