Driver needs a bigger sign

Mike was an excellent driver and avoided all the traffic and crowds. His skill navigating the winding hills was amazing. I would have given a rating of 5 except we couldn't find the car when we left the baggage Mike had texted me earlier to say he was waiting in the parking lot and described his car. The parking lot was very crowded and we must have walked right past him.. i had to call him and he finally found us. It turns out he had put his cell phone sign in the window and we didnt see it. We are accustomed to havinfg the driver greer us with a big enogh paper sign with our name on it so we would see him right away. After a long flight and a long wait for luggage the last thing we wanted to deal with was this inconvenience. I woul

Expensive just for one trip to hotel from airport for two people, when a cab could've been cheaper. But the driver did drive us around first before dropping us off.. 😊

Our flight was delayed over an our coming into St. Thomas, but our driver Kalid was there before the plan landed. He was professional and gave us suggestions on where to eat, shop and even some excursions to take. Would book this company for every trip!

The taxis make this 3rd world US territory the worst part of the island. After pre paying paradise taxi over 150 US dollars to take us back to airport they paid a man from Best Taxi to pick us up and take us. Late of course that driver of Best Taxi said he was told paradise drivers phone was off and they couldn't reach him. Choose a different Taxi service- CHOOSE A DIFFERENT ISLAND!

The driver said very little on the way to Margaritaville. He was prompt and helpful at the airport. We had a much better cab ride back to the airport and our driver even pulled into an overlook for us to take pictures of the harbor. L. Price

I put a pick up time from airport and the hotel on way back at end of vacation. Never got confirmation for way back to hotel so sent email to company. She states it’s one way only? Why did I put a pick up time to go back to airport if it was part of the package? Don’t use the total rip off didn’t respond and you can take any taxi from airport for 1/4 of the price. Won’t use them or the site again thumbs down

Typical cab ride from airport to resort. For a private ride, guess I was expecting the driver to point out sights to see, instead he was on his phone either talking or texting about the whole time. For $120 should have been better. Even a bottle of water would have been nice

They communicated with text and phone call, and the driver (I had the same driver both ways) was very friendly and on time. It is so much cheaper than taking a taxi too.
