    A nice day out of Taipei

    Departure at 8.15am, return at 5.40pm. Bus was OK. You get one 0.5L of water during the trip. The guide was fun. You get access to a website (through a QR) with tons of information about the 3 sites visited. In Shifen, one stop for the lanterns, one stop for the waterfall. No need to blame the tour operator for the number of tourists in Jiufen. Jiufen Teahouse (and its gallery and so on) is a nice heaven of calm in the outside cacophony; yes it is expensive if you are a solo traveller, but you pay a 120 NT fee to be there, and roughly for 30 grams of the tea you have chosen (and what you did not consume you will get in a bag), and nice and clean restrooms without having to cue for 20 minutes; and the service is great, and you get to meet a smiling staff.

    Great locations visited, although the explanations need to be more detailed. The tour was good. Didn’t feel rushed.

    Great tour to visit 4 must see locations in Taiwan. Air conditioned, clean, comfortable bus. Sophie provides many fun facts of Taiwan throughout the day. Great humor. She will give you tips on how to make the most of each location the bus stops. She was attentive and made the tour great! Would recommend to any person.

    The Yehliu & Jiufen & Shifen tour was enjoyable and memorable for our family of four from Singapore because we have a great tour guide Erin. He is very meticulous and pays attention to details ensuring that the tour is smooth and seamless. He is very clear in his instructions and allocates adequate time for each site so that it is not rushed. Overall Erin is a very professional tour guide and kudos to his great service :)

    Great itinerary and great fun! Sophie the tour guide is so fun! A bit of walking is required but the reward is great! Comfortable bus ride.

    This was just a perfectly paced Day tour from Ximending. Our tour guide was Sophie and clearly you could tell this was her passion and not just a job. She was attentive to all our groups needs, anticipated and updated us on the details of the day, pacing, answering all our questions, just a complete and total package. The driver was amazing too navigating the traffic and narrow roads. I highly recommend this package and would do it again next time we visit Taiwan. Thank you Sophie for making our day outing so memorable!

    Sophie Wu was an exceptional tour guide for this day trip! She was organized, informative, kind, anticipating our every need and very funny and entertaining too! We absolutely loved her guiding us throughout our day together, informing us at every stop what to expect in great detail which helped us thoroughly enjoy our day. And her little prizes on the bus trip kept us engaged as we listened to her tell us about the history of Taiwan. Would definitely highly recommend Sophie to lead any tour. Thank you, Sophie!

    Our tour guide Sophie was very good all through out the trip. She made some adjustments with our itinerary so that we can avoid potential crowds and it turned out to be very helpful. The tour was full but I felt that everyone was accounted for. No need to worry for buying tickets and lanterns since there will be assistance from Sophie as well.

    Joseph was an amazing guide. Very engaged and truly a pleasure to spend the day with you. Every aspect of the tour was amazing and pertinent. The bus was very comfortable and the pickup and drop off was straightforward and simple.

    It was overall a very nice tour. You will see everything you need to see. Generally speaking it is very touristy and also crowded especially in Shifen. But the tour was nicely done with great insights and tipps from the tour guide and he also took pictures for everyone which is very attentive and friendly. Especially when travelled alone. Only improvement suggestion: I felt a bit stressed sometimes because the tour guide was stressed. But I can understand if the group size is over 40 people it is difficult to not lose somebody. Anyways it sometimes felt a bit uncomfortable. But I am also just very sensitive to it. That might be why.

    What an amazing day ! We explored so many sights. Each stop was well planed and good amount of time was given to see it . Susan Wu, our Mom-tour guide organized and provided all the information to make this trip smooth and fun. I would strongly recommend it to anyone !
