Roma var vänlig och en välläst guide, han genomförde turnén mycket professionellt och i tid. Lunchen organiserades på ett mycket snyggt och rent kafé med georgisk mat som vattnas i munnen.

Vår guide Katherine var härlig och resan är bra tempo med en trevlig "frukost" i början. Eftermiddagen är vinprovning och det är bra för nybörjare, men inte särskilt informativt, och bisarrt nog tog vår reseguide oss genom vingården, inte någon från vingården!

Guiden Kate var superentusiastisk och fantastisk. Turnén var fantastisk. Jag är ingen stor vindrickare, men jag ville lära mig mer om georgiskt vin och kultur. Turnén var fantastisk eftersom den handlade mycket om processen och platserna för att skapa vin, och platserna vi gick till var riktigt coola, även om du inte bryr dig så mycket om provningarna. Provsmakningarna var också roliga. Plus, en stor bonus är att de hämtade mig i Sighnaghi sedan jag kom från Azerbajdzjan. Det var inga problem från deras sida, och det gick jättebra att få skjuts till Tbilisi.

Very pleasant tour with a professional guide and staff

The tour was amazing with our enthuastic guide Roma. He told us everything regarding wine, history, useful knowledge of Georgia. And he always tried to make us comfortable, and was always friendly with us. This wine tour is very easy to be friendly with members of the group, as many of them are drinking quite a lot of wine as well as chacha (and brandy). Anyway, the point is that the tour was well-arranged with very professional guides and staffs. It is a good chance to know about the wine if you have a limited time.

This is an absolute must of a trip. It is truly a full day (we left at 9:00 and come back at 22:00) exploring the region to the last drop . Roma was an amazing guide thanks to which this trip quickly felt like excursion with friends.

What a lovely day trip. Our guide Ungo/Nini was one of the best tour guides I've ever had. She has lots of energy, is a very good speaker with great English and good articulation and intonation, involves the whole group and shows genuine interest towards anyone. Also she gave lots of context and extra info about the places we were visiting. The drives were very smooth as well, which is nice in a country like Georgia with chaotic traffic. The day itinerary was nice, with amazing lunch, a view into breadmaking and khachapuri making, plus a walk around Signaghi and of course the visits at the two wineries. What a great day and I absolutely recommend it to everyone

This tour is a must for anyone visiting Georgia. It’s a long day but well worth it. Our guide, Nina, was extremely knowledge about Georgia’s wine making history and the process of wine making. She also gave a lot of background on Georgian history, which was very insightful. You get to explore different parts of Georgia outside of Tbilisi. The optional lunch is also a MUST! Amazing Georgian spread with a wonderful view.

Unfortunately I can't give 6 or more stars! Dimitri (our guide) is an amazing person, kind, funny and it makes you feel at home in each occasion. This tour is for wine enthusiasts. And as an italian person, I'm surprised by wine quality here! We had also a huge lunch accompanied by wine, ofc. I wish I had a 2nd stomach! This tour is mandatory. To visit Georgia and don't drink wine is like to visit Italy and don't try pizza! 😁

An excellent day trip from Tbilisi

I did this trip with a group of 6 friends and we were all delighted by our experience. The company was professional and well organized. Our tour guide was Katie and she did an excellent job telling us a lot of interesting cultural information and information related to the history of wine in Georgia. She was energetic and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the optional lunch, for 45 GEL there was a large variety of Georgian dishes and wine that was all you could eat and drink. I would recommend this experience for anyone who is interested in learning more about the history of wine in Georgia. If you are not interested in drinking wine this tour still offers plenty of historical and cultural points.

Our guide Catherine made this day. She was bubbly and energetic as soon as we started our tour. It also helped having a friendly group of travellers as well. We learned so much from Catherine without all the extra boring details.. bla bla bla.. I would recommend this tour if you are keen to try the local wine and sample the food with an open mind and see a bit of countryside out of the city,

Though it is a long trip, it is because relative to other similar options it adds a couple of activities that I believe were important: the visit to the traditional bakery and to the smaller local winery (besides the one to the large corporation). Also the lunch (cost not included) was very good. Everything is worth the price and more. From the beginning the organization by Gamajorba Georgia Tours was perfect, immediate contact after reservation, everything exactly as explained in the offer. The ambiance at the office of a young team of joyful entrepreneurs was captivating from the start. But what surely made things perfect was the guidance of Mariam, highly profesional and kind, knowleageable of traditions, history, places, politics. On travelling one wishes to get to know a little of the people, not only places, or food, or museums. And Mariam gave us a hint of that.

This tour was fantastic, our guide Demetri couldn’t have been better, he was easy to talk to, had a lot of knowledge and background that he was so generous to share with us and made sure we had a great time. My only suggestion would be that I would have liked to know the additional costs and see them on Viator before booking the tour. It does note that food and drink is not included but there are a few stops where if you want to participate you do have to pay extra. I think it’s 100% worth it and would choose to do it again for sure, but I would have appreciated clarity on this in order to take an informed decision.

A must wine Tour but do in summer season not winter

Our first ever tour in Georgia the Kasbeki wine tour was a mixed bag of feelings. It was raining that day and as per the instructions we were supposed to reach the station from where the tour company was going to show us the office. As tourists we are new to the country to the weather and not all well equipped. The company who charges us so much must have some way to help atleast maybe some raincoats or umbrellas. The whole tour involved a lot of walking and the rain was a let down. The first stop at the house of bread where we were shown how the bread is made and baked and we tasted wine. It was a good experience overall. Nino(okie) is quite remarkably knowledgeable and has a lot of information. Wine tasting in both the places was also wonderful but the wall walk should have been a choice considering the weather. But we weren’t given any choice that was a let down. Then the kachapuri workshop as i understand should have been hands on but nope I was just shown how to make. That wasn’t quite good either.
