We are sincerely sorry that we could not accommodate a food tour the day you desired however I did contact you the minute the booking came in to explain that we could not organise a tour with only a few hours warning as we work with small producers and we tailor make every tour. We are sorry that TripAdvisor sent you requests to leave a review however those requests did not come from our company and I have sent TripAdvisor an email about this.
We are dissapointed that you left us a 1 star review on a tour you didn't experience however we would be delighted to welcome you on a tour next time you are in our beautiful city.
