Vi var missnöjda med denna turné. Först och främst skickade chauffören oss ett meddelande för att informera om att han skulle hämta oss lite senare eftersom vårt hotell låg nära Uluwatu men på grund av trafiken kom vi strax efter solnedgången och hann inte riktigt besöka templet. Kecak-dansen var bra. Och slutligen, skaldjursrestaurangen var dålig. Vi hade ett bord: ingen pratade med oss om vi ville ha några drinkar (har bara haft en flaska vatten även om vi var redo att betala extra avgift för vin eller öl). Måltiden var dålig och inte särskilt bra. Vi valde en annan restaurang dagen efter, precis bredvid och det var billigt, bra och bra personal. Så nej, jag skulle definitivt inte boka med Viator igen. Vi borde ha gjort det själva. Förlåt.

Härlig minnesvärd resa, härlig kulturell dansshow och härliga tempel även apor där inklusive en sällsynt vit nära templet och toppade det med. Minnesvärd romantisk skaldjursmiddag med levande ljus på stranden

The tour was great. Our guide Gusti knew the history of Uluwatu as well as how to navigate the site (and the monkeys) and get us into the show at the right time with wonderful seats. Gusti was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. The Uluwatu temple is a must-see and the views are incredible.

Our driver / tour guide was awesome. He was able to get us to the show in spite of the crazy traffic using local short cuts. Once at the temple he got us to the white monkey, statues and other excellent photo spots. He was also able to secure front row seats for us as well. The dance show is awesome !!! We chose the dinner option and the grilled seafood was wonderful in the beach. Thanks to our guide for making this an extra special evening.

It took over 2 hours to...

It took over 2 hours to get to the temple from Seminyak. So the driver/tour guy rushed us through the temple because the dance started at 6pm. The Kecak dance was the most beautiful event to attend. The seafood dinner was not that great. Food was cold and the whole experience is not worth the money we paid for.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent tour with us. There was a maintenance project at the airport on April 26th and it made long queue line for the cars enter the airport. And it also impacted to the traffic out of the airport. Unfortunately, it was the only access to reach Uluwatu from Seminyak. We do apologize that you arrived late at the temple because the traffic was unavoidable. In regard to your feedback about dinner, we have forwarded it to our restaurant vendor for their improvement. Thank you for your constructive feedback. We hope could assist your tour on other occasions, obviously with better experience.

Bad experience do not try it

I recommend everyone not to try it. The schedule of the trip is not well defined because of the traffic and the long Road We supposed to arrive one hour before to explorer sunset, but we arrived at 6 PM which is the start of the show time of the fire dance and therefore we were not able to take picture or see sunset

We feel sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction regarding the tour. After we investigated our team in charge, we found that your hotel was in Ubud. We have moved the pick up schedule into an hour earlier by email/whatsapp, unfortunately you were just ready to go for the tour by 3pm. We believed it was a mixed up between time on the voucher and confirmation message that we sent through email/whatsapp which was unread. We really apologize that we couldn't create an impressive experience this time. We hope it is still a chance to assist your tour on other occasions.

Great tour, show and guide excellent but the food let it down.

Our driver Putu was excellent; polite, informative and a great driver. Interesting walking around Uluwatu and the show was really good. The whole tour was great but with one exception; the food at the restaurant was poor, overcooked fish which was unpleasant.

Sunset and dinner - unforgettable trip!!

The experience was amazing. Katu our driver showed us the beautiful sights on our way to Uluwatu and was very helpful and what a wonderful guy. The Uluwatu was absolutely wonderful, watching the sunset during the Kecak Dance. The dinner at Jimbaran beach was beautiful, truly unforgettable trip, although, the food isn't that amazing, as the same as mostly the rest of the restaurants in the beach offered the seafood menu, but all in all highly recommended.

We booked this tour based on all the positive reviews and were thrilled with our experience! We had a 4 yo and 5 yo and while the day was hot and muggy, our driver Manur provided us with the best care and always had water for us. He made sure we were safe with the monkeys (little thugs) and took the back roads so we didn’t have to deal with the infamous Bali traffic. The show was incredible and Manur guided us so thoughtfully through the whole process and got us great seating. The show was spectacular - we were worried that our kids would’ve into it but they adored it. The story and the performers were a pleasure to watch. We’ve never seen anything like it and we go to a lot of shows and theater back in NYC. I was also grateful when Manur recommended an excellent restaurant near Uluwatu instead of Jimbaran. He saw that the kids were getting tired, assessed the situation correctly, and made a good recommendation. The restaurant was ideal for kids and we were grateful for the option.

The guide/driver was excellent. Very friendly, nice and precise explanations. His car was in perfect condition. The Kecak dance is a too long performance. It becomes tedious. The dinner was below expectations. The quality of the food was just fair. Far below the delicious balinese food. The dishes were not warm enough and they were prepared well in advance to our arrival.

Our driver was excellent explaining and helping with photos, top man. Both the temple and the Dance were really good we both enjoyed this experience. Unfortunately the dinner part was disappointing not nice at all.

I absolutely loved this tour! The dance itself is something out of this world. It is extremely interesting and unique, a great way to connect with the culture of Bali. My driver Dharma was amazing, I felt like I came as a customer and left as a friend. He was extremely friendly, his english is great and I felt taken care of at all times. He answered all of my questions and made sure I got a good spot at the stage. We also wandered around the Uluwatu temple, and got to see a lot of monkeys! Had a great time and would definitely recommend this to anybody!

Amazing guide and tour

We were extremely apprehensive about this tour due to the numerous reviews about the "aggressive" monkeys at Uluwatu Temple. What a joyous time we had and this was primarily because of our tour guide, Gede Widi. He was truly amazing. He reassured me that we would not be accosted by the monkeys if we paid attention to his lead. He was a man of his word. We made it out unscathed by paying attention and shaking this much needed stick that was provided by Mr. Widi. He was funny, professional, informative, and a sheer joy. I would highly recommend Gede Widi as your guide for this tour.

Great Tour - Budi is the Best Guide

I decided to add this to my itinerary last minute. My guide was Budi and he was an excellent guide. He knew so much about the temple, the dance and the monkeys. Note: if you wear glasses, don’t wear them here as they could be taken from one of the monkeys. I was instructed to take glasses off and 20 min later another tourist with another guide, had his glasses stolen. My guide Budi was able to get the man’s glasses back from the monkey. Budi also asked me often if I wanted him to take a picture of me with the scenery. As a solo traveler sometimes it is difficult to get images with yourself in them. It was nice to have them.
