Vinay was very flexible and listened to what we wanted to see and talk about and he met our expectations well. He knows a lot about Varanasi and takes you to places you wouldn’t have known about or seen before. Great tour!

A Top Tour

This was hands-down one of the best tours I’ve done! We did the sunrise boat and watched the sun come up from Assi Ghat. Vinay and his team offered a personalized view of their city and we felt completely immersed in the day-to-day life. Lots to learn about the temples and the ghats but his crew made us feel so welcome (including showing us local breakfast spots in the winding alleys). Would highly, highly recommend! Thanks!

Fantastic walking and boat tour with interaction with the locals and exciting stories. Would highly recommend! We had a visit to a fabric shop as well which was nice.

Good first introduction to Varanasi

This was a pleasant walk, and Vinay is an excellent guide. Varanasi can be difficult to get a grip on, so it helped to have a local guide. I would have appreciated if there was more room for conversation though. It's a quite costly tour, and given how much Vinay obviously knows it would have been great if he had been more willing to share. At times the walk felt a little rushed. Still, it is a great way to get your first taste of Varanasi. I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends, I just think there is some potential for improvement.

I really loved the tour with Vinay! We started the day watching the morning ceremony at Assi Ghat, had some Masala Chai and then took a boat to Manikarnika Ghat. Afterwards we did a walking tour and I learned a lot about different temples and the culture. Vinay is a great guide and knows the city in and out. He’ll make sure that you’ll get a full experience on life and the people in Varanasi!

We very highly recommend booking a tour with Vinay, especially at the beginning of your trip so that you have a better sense of what Varanasi has to offer. We managed to discover places we never would have found by ourselves (temples, quieter bathing area) and walking through the narrow streets of Varanasi with someone who knows the city makes it a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Do not hesitate, it is worth it.

Well-run, although fairly standard, walking tour of the old city, including a boat tour on the Ganges, that makes for a good introduction for first-time visitors. Vinay, our guide, did a good job of sharing his extensive knowledge of the city.

We had a wonderful experience with Vinay as our tour guide, he spoke English very well and answered the many questions we had and took us to places we wouldn’t have found on our own. He organised the sunrise boat ride at our request and everything ran very smoothly. I would definitely recommend using Vinay, he has a great local knowledge of Varanasi and is full of personality!

We had a booked an early morning walking tour. The coordination with Vinay was smooth and he adjusted the timings to start the tour according to our convenience as we had also booked Pooja at Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Vinay agreed to include boat ride also in the tour. The highlight of the tour was Rahul our walking tour guide. Rahul ensured to tell us about Banaras, take to important places and also cover smaller nuances. He took us around to popular eatery places also. Rahul was professional in terms not taking to places to shop where otherwise guides force you to buy. He was also attentive to what we say and took routes which we were more interested in. Would recommend this tour for Rahul as a guide.

Thanks to our guide Rahul! We had a great time with him wandering the small alleys in Varanasi. Very informative and interesting tour that shows you a lot of different things in Varanasi. (Blue lassi, boat ride with the ghats, a lot of temples,…). Rahul explained very well of what was happening around us from his local knowledge, which made it better than a standard guided tour.

What a great tour! I did lots of research on tours in Varanasi to make sure we cover it all and see everything. We had only 1 day in Varanasi and this tour crossed off everything that was in our check list. Our guide was Vikash. We are so greatful to have him show us the whole city, check best chai and authentic breakfast places. Vikash impressed us with his extensive knowledge about everything: from cultural and religious aspects to historical and political facts. We covered everything: a boat ride on Ganges river, visiting cremation grounds, had chance to see Aghori, get blessing from a Sadhu, visited many temples, ate some tasty South Indian breakfast, drank numerous amounts of tea. Ask Vikash for the best spot for lassi. It will be the best lassi in your life! In the evening we attended the ceremony of Ganga Aarti and Vikash found us the best spot to watch it. I was a bit under the weather, Vikash helped us to find the pharmacy and translated the symptoms to the pharmacist to get proper drugs. Very thankful for that! If you want the best experience, do not look for anyone else, go with this company!

Vinay Singh is one of the sweetest person you will ever meet. I had booked this tour quite some time back. Vinayji ensured he kept track and assigned one of his best men to guide us. He also personally came to meet us. The tour guide Mr Rahul was even more wonderful and extremely accomodating to all of our needs. Very knowledgeable, Rahulji took us to every nook and corner of Varanasi explaining minute details with background stories. We were with a child and Rahulji was genuinely caring. I truly felt we were lucky to hire the services of Vinayji and team. Great memories made and will surely be back. Thank you Vinayji and Rahulji!!!
