Välj mellan två olika alternativ:
• Träffa och hälsa på service: En transferrepresentant träffar dig i din hotelllobby om hotellet inte har en privat brygga. Du kommer sedan att eskorteras till en väntande motorbåt vid närmaste avgångsställe. Om ditt hotell har en privat brygga, hoppar du ombord på motorbåten där och en representant träffar dig vid kryssningsbryggan och eskorterar dig till hamnens avgångsterminal.
• Full service: En representant möter dig i hotellets lobby och följer dig hela vägen till hamnens avgångsterminal.

There was no communication for the people that came to get muse & family. We had know idea where they were picking us up at. Then we were dropped off at the buses for cruise & they did not have us on the list. We had to go through hoops to get to our cruise ship. They wanted to charge us. I said that what I purchased was to take us to the cruise port. This was very stressful & I can’t say I would do this again. I did not see in the transportation where it even said that we were taking a bus to the port after the boat taxi. Not an experience I want to remember. Really put a damper on our family time together.

We booked a Viator boat trip from our hotel in Venice to our Royal Caribbean cruise ship. The Viator boat picked us up on time and left us at a Royal Caribbean pier where we were told to board a bus for a 2.5 hour ride to the ship. Viator didn't know that the cruise ship docks 2.5 hours away? Had they said something when we booked, we would have left the hotel much earlier to allow for the long bus trip and not arrive minutes before departure.

Since my travel agent did not make transportation arrangements from the hotel in Venice to the Royal Caribbean ship, I had to make them myself. She did, however, recommend that I use Viator. My only question was, why did you only get me the transportation from the hotel to the Venice Port when it was required that I spend another $50+ per person to get a 2 hour + bus from there to the port in Ravenna? Royal Caribbean uses that port which is most inconvenient.... not your fault. Fortunately there was a bus at the Venice port which went to Ravenna. Had that not been there, what would I have done?

Flying into a new country with a different language, this is a must! These guys were waiting for us right out of customs and took us on a private boat right to our hotel. Make sure you get a hotel in Venice that has water portage. You do not want to be dragging your luggage through the streets of Venice to get to your hotel.

We booked a private transfer. Our hotel called to confirm the transfer and were told it was a group transfer and we would have to make our own way to the collection point. We called directly and were told the same thing. When we clearly would not accept this they provided the service we had actually paid for. The transfer, when we got it, was smooth and the guide who met us was on time and helpful.

This service was perfect and hassle free. The day before our pickup, we received a reminder message at our hotel confirming our pickup time. Sure enough, right on schedule, we were picked up at the time we had booked. I am an anxious person when I have to get from one place to another, especially when traveling with family, luggage, etc. This service was perfect and allowed me to relax, enjoy the ride to the cruise terminal and get ready for our cruise.

despite being told that the pick up time i had selected was not available, I accepted the pick up time of 11.00am instead of noon. I was picked up from my hotel and taken to the cruise port with no rush. It was a scenic and relaxed trip. I was met at the cruise port by a most delightful young lady called Carlotta, (Charlotte) in English, who I believe was a part of the Viator experience, I cannot speak highly enough about her, She was both delightful and helpful. She made totally sure that I was taken care of throughout the check in process and she answered any questions I had. She was a STAR.

Only criticisms I have is how far we had to walk after we got off the water taxi to the cruise departure port last time we had a shuttle transfer and once we got to the berth we were pointed to the correct entrance and then the guide left last time the guide took us into the building and showed us the correct counter to go to.

Was very dissatisfied. Booked a private departure transfer expecting to have a porter help with luggage 4 adults, 2 small children, 6 suitcases. Unfortunately, a very sweet young girl showed up to guide us to the transportation. We could have done that ourselves since we came that way with a porter. We had to haul everything and everybody to the boat. While the young lady was trying to help, it was a horrible experience. We did not get what we were promised. Again not the fault of the co. It was so easy being picked up at our hotel then taken to the port where our cases were taken from us and we didn't see them again until they arrived at our cabin.
