we are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the experience. However, we must clarify that on all platforms it is clearly communicated that beverages are not included, and in Austria, water is also not typically served for free at the table. Additionally, if you were seated farther back, it may have been because you purchased the C-ticket category, which is the furthest from the stage but also the most economical. If you wish to enjoy the concert closer in the future, we recommend purchasing any of the other three categories that are closer to the stage.
Regarding the music program, as with any classical music concert in Vienna, there is always an additional cost. We also regret that you did not enjoy the dinner; however, it is a traditional Austrian menu with high-quality ingredients, and we work with the best restaurants in the area, so we do not usually receive complaints about the menu.
