Härlig dagstur!

Detta var en härlig dagstur. Vi lärde oss så mycket om landets historia och kultur från vår guide, och fick se vackra vyer över berget Ararat, plus Azat Reservoir och Charent's Arch. På vägen tillbaka stannade vi också till Abelyan's House för lunch - rekommenderar starkt eftersom det är en vacker plats! Denna turné är särskilt bra för familjer med barn. Vår guide och förare var helt underbar och mycket professionell!

Det var en fantastisk dagstur för att utforska klostren. Jag hade det jättetrevligt. Föraren Aayet var mycket snäll och vänlig. Jag rekommenderar starkt turnén med Hyur-tjänsten.

Inte guidad tur, i princip förare

Detta var överlag trevligt men det annonserades som guidad tur och det fanns ingen guide. Föraren, som inte pratade engelska men var en supervänlig gentleman, hämtade mig i princip och körde mig till olika platser och lämnade mig vid de främre portarna för att utforska själv. Det fanns ingen historia eller sammanhang för någon av de besökta platserna. Ingen dålig upplevelse om du letar efter en förare men inte vad som annonserades eller vad jag förväntade mig. Vi avslutade på 4 timmar.

Thank you for the review. We have different options of the tour and when purchasing you may choose the preferred option "with" or "without" guide. You have chosen one without guide, which included only driver service. We never announce that the driver speaks English or other foreign language and may tell you stories about sights visited. All our drivers have only basic knowledge of English for simple communication.

The local travel agent, Hyur, was excellent with the van. Driver Hayk was quite supportive, and the language barrier was not an issue at all for communication. We could squeeze in 'Symphony of the Stones' along with some somewhat hyped Garni!

We enjoyed the historic sites, but most importantly, the most knowledgeable guide Mariam who explained the events and history behind every structure we visited. In addition to the sites we planned to visit, Mariam took us to the Armenian family's house for an authentic lunch. It was tye beat food we ate in Armenia at the most hospitable family I have ever met.

We are very grateful to the driver uncle（Ашот Ashot ）for his hospitality. Although he was not a tour guide, he told us a lot about Armenian history and enthusiastically bought us apricots, figs and plums. Although the entire process is using Russian translation software, it does not affect communication.

Guide elyen atoyan is very knowledgeable at Armenian history and friiendly. And helpful. Driver aveh is courteous and helpful. Really I learn lot about Armenian history. You can ask any question she will try to give answer if she knows. I think I can go for test Armenian history and cultures

The car was small for 3 persons + driver+guide. Very unconfurtable, to a full days drive. The guide was very nice.

Thank you for the review! Kindly note that it is a choice of our guests weather to book a tour by a sedan car or a minivan. So, please next time choose an option with a minivan to travel more comfortably. This option is also available on Viator and our website.

Bad start but good tour

Bad start. I paid for the tour and got the information that I was to show up for the tour at the office of the company. We did that and I showed the ticket to a woman in the office see told me to wait. Then like 15 minutes later another woman came and said that there was a problem because I had not replay to email about where to pick us up (you could order pickup from a hotel). I showed here the ticket but she said it was not correct. We had to wait for more than an hour to start the tour. So please be careful to check in with them and do not trust information on the ticket. I found the email later in the junk mail folder but had not been monitoring it carefully because I was on a holiday/conference and just trusted the information on the ticket. Ok but the tour was wonderful and worth the money. The lunch we had in a small village (you pay for that) was good and the tour guide was great.

Thank you for the review! The matter as that pick up point wasn't mentioned in the booking and we had written you a message to find it out. The driver was in our parking point waiting for information from us. As soon as you came to our office, we instruct him to head our office. You were have to wait for a some time because of the traffic enjoying coffee with us! We are really sorry for that delay! It is nice to hear that you have enjoyed the tour afterwards!

Our guide Roza and the driver Artur were amazing. Roza is a very competent guide and a nice person. Artur an experienced driver who also speaks English. The tour was extremely interesting and the sights an scenery just breathtaking. I would love to come back and have another tour with Roza and Artur soon!

My husband and I had a wonderful time on this tour! Our tour guide and driver were both great - very kind and personable. The tour guide had a lot of deep knowledge about the sights, of course, but he was also very easy to talk to and really engaged in honest conversation throughout the entire day. The driver was also very good and navigated the roads expertly. He was very understanding when we got a little car sick from the mountain roads. He and our guide were so nice to work with us - stopping for fresh air along the way, as needed. They made for such a great day, and we highly recommend this trip!
