10/10 experience. The pilot was absolutely incredible really informative and also really funny which just put us at ease straight away. It was timed to perfection and we got to see a beautiful sunrise aswell as incredible views throughout our entire duration in the hot air balloon. I would highly recommend that anyone should do this as it is 100% worth the money.

Cancelled booking due to "Weather"

Trip Cancelled due to "bad weather" it's actually been great weather but I suspect it's due to being Ramadan currently. I can understand that just wish they didn't let you book if that is the case.

No experience, no communication - disappointed

We did not get to experience due to weather - we had organised for day 2 of our holiday and this was cancelled. Trying to make contact with ANYONE at all was a nightmare! Had the tour operator just communicated with us, I would be much more understanding. We leave on Thursday but have deliberately kept each day free “in case” the balloon trip happened. I have had to chase this each evening with little or no success. Disappointed with communication but I understand why the flight couldn’t happen.

The most memorable part was getting up 3:30am for a taxi 4:30 for the balloon flight pick up at 5:15 (I had asked nearly every day for a week if the unpublished pick up time was 5:30 without answer until same night as pickup due). So waiting over hour & half tried messaging then decided to buy a phone package to phone Viator in UK they contacted the balloon flight people then I recieved 2 calls when talking to London it had been cancelled. So no the most memorable part was it’s not. Stressed & worried & sleep disturbances lots waiting I was rather ill rest of that day. Whilst one stat admits it’s a weather dependent activity, no chance of conversation is a biiiiig minus.

Great adventure...loved evey minute...the breakfast was lovely to :) The staff are so proffesional but funny also and made you feel so safe, as I was a bit anxious as to whether the health and safety was as strict as back in the UK. The were so very much the same, monitoring the wind speeds etc to ensure all was safe to fly. Not a cloud in the sky and the mountains looked fantastic with the sun popping up from behind them :)

Pick up was on time .. about an hour to venue .. nice little greeting with fresh juice .. tea .. coffee .. pastries and fruit .. the trip was amazing .. lasted about an hour .. the pilot kept us all entertained .. had to walk to bus from landing site then travelled back to venue .. the breakfast nice if you like their tea .. olives and breads .. my friend has mobility issues and they were so helpful ensuring that she was ok and helping her .. going above and beyond .. getting a stool for her to sit on .. because of the walk to the bus

OMG!!! This was by far the most exciting excursion I have ever had. IT IS WORTH THE MONEY!! I booked online after reading reviews. A day before I got to Morocco, I got a call from Dina confirming my arrival and details. When I got to Morocco, day before excursion, I got a call and text from Dina canceling excursion because of winds (and yes, I have experienced the wind, so bring a light jacket, I came with no jacket thinking it was desert heat) anyway. We got rescheduled for Balloon excursion with Dina calling and texting updates. Hotel pickup was 4am. Got to the field, had delicious Mint tea with some croissants while they were getting Balloon ready. We got into Balloon, closed eyes for a few seconds and wow!! high up above the desert. Rasheed. The best Balloon operator, so much humor, so friendly, explaining, and giving us some history of some of the places we passed by. This was really worth it!!! Thanks Rasheed and Dina and your whole crew!!

The early start was worth it. It was a well organised trip with great communication before and after about an hour travelling we were greeted by our pilot with prange juice, coffee ane a pastry. Our pilot was very funny and the whole team were pofessional. After the flght we had a traditional berber breakfast which was lovely.

Ride was delayed for a week but Dina was in constant contact knowing my dates in Agadir. Well worth it. Our pilot apologies forgot his name made the ride so much fun too. 😜 Timing of sunrise was to the tee and weather was amazing to see the surroundings. Lovely breakfast served after. I was a bit nervous so didn't eat the coffee and croissant beforehand but there was no need as it was a smooth calming experience.
