AMAZING COFFEE TOUR!

The ATV Coffee Plantation tour was amazing!! By far the coolest excursion to start our trip off. We took the ATV's up to Cerro De La Cruz where we were able to take pictures and learn a bit about the history of Antigua and the site itself. We were then guided over to Avotea coffee plantation. The ride was one of the best parts; riding through the streets of Antigua, experiencing different sites and monuments on the way. Once we arrived at Avotea, we got the full tour, rode bikes through the plantation itself, did a coffee and cocao tasting, shopped and enjoyed lunch & the beer garden on the property. It was such a well guided tour and was amazing to spend half our day out adventuring! Would definitely recommend this tour!

Unique and fun experience in Antigua

This was an awesome experience in Antigua! All of our guides (shoutout to Eric) were so fun and informative. We got to ride around the city, to a lovely lookout point, and then to a coffee farm where we learned a ton and tasted coffee and chocolate. Walking around the coffee plants and drying beans is something I will never forget!

This tour is excellent. The atv’s are easy to drive. The tour is well planned. First a drive down the cobblestone streets of Antigua, then up to Cerro de la Cruz. Then on to the coffee farm. The Simoon tour is very well run. Our guide Alex was proficient in English! We did not feel rushed. Exceeded my expectations.

Had the best time! Highly recommend the coffee tour. We rode on ATVs to a few destinations along the way. Once we arrived at the beautiful farm owned coffee farm we rode on bikes! We got to try the coffee and it was delicious

Our guide Diego was great. Touring the coffee farm was both informative and fun, and Diego really knew his stuff. Traffic around the city was really bad, so unfortunately it shortened our site seeing and made the trip way longer. It was New Year’s Day though, so traffic was to be expected.

We had a great time on the tour! Our guide Oscar was friendly and knowledgeable. We did the coffee plant tour, and would consider the historical or village tour for next time. Riding the ATV through the busy streets of Antigua was the hardest part, but very doable even for someone who has never driven an ATV before.
