      I was there 10 minutes early. Waited 10 minutes. App wouldn’t let me contact operator AND nobody contacted me. I expect a refund. Not up to VISTOR usual standards.

      Hi Angela! I guess you wrote the review some minutes after the starting time of the tour, but we are happy you could find our guide Roberto. We are sorry for this inconvenient, unfortunately on the app it was showing that the meeting point was the middle of the square, next to the fountain of the mermaids, but the meeting point was actually at the entrance of Cafe Condesa, which is in front of the square. We have already fixed this problem on the app and now it shows the right meeting point.
