Greeter met us with sign as we entered terminal from Medway. She was very personal & explained how we would skip the lines. She took care of customs, Covid checkpoint, & security. She even took our bags off the carousel, & rolled them out to our shuttle. Will definitely use First Class again & I recommend them highly. Also best price of all the fast track companies!

If I could rate a zero I would. Called 3-4 times to CONFIRM that is there a lounge that we can enjoy during arrival because we are traveling far and wanted to wait for friends before their arrival. Multiple times they said “yes you can enjoy the lounge” SO I BOOKED it. I dont even care about the lines. And when going to the office says Oh VIATOR IS THIRD PARTY. So? Then dont partner if you guys dont give right information or communicate. I have wasted $290 for nothing. Skipping Lines? Not needed to be honest. But make your information right. You guys are scamming people.

Amazing Service

I loved the service we received from Gabriela and Stephany. They were waiting for us in the hallway not far from where we exited the airplane and escorted us through immigration. They walked us to our private shuttle. It is worth every penny as you don’t have to wait in lines. We arrived on a Saturday and it was very busy. Thank you again Gabriela and Stephany. When in NY bring your kids to our daycare lol.

There was no one there to greet us to take us through the vip experience. We're hoping to be reimbursed for the arrival......hopefully they will be there to assist us on departure. We did pay for both

We ended up being first off the plane and there was no one in customs ahead of us so we didn't really skip the lines (there weren't any to skip). Our guide was very helpful in assisting with locating our hotel shuttle though - definitely saved us time and frustration there. I do think this is overpriced for the service - $160 per person at time of my booking - feels excessive. I probably wouldn't book it for my arrival again though definitely worth it for departure. Our guide was cheerful and helpful - no complaints about her.

We were met immediately after deplaning by Gibelly, she was a courteous, professional and a lovely young Lady. She navigated the airport with confidence avoiding long lines as there were several flights arriving at the same time. Moving forward I will use this service both arriving & departing ARUBA.
