he Jolly Pirates Ships depart from the area at MooMba Beach. MooMba Beach is located in Palm Beach by the high rise hotels and just between the Holiday Inn and the Marriott Resorts. Guests meet up just beside the MooMba Bar at the Skull and Crossbones Pirate Shop.

What To Expect

At MooMba Beach, hop aboard the pirate ship for your sunset cruise. Enjoy the fresh air and views of western Aruba as you set sail from the coast, and grab your first drink at the open bar.

As the sky begins to darken, you'll have photo ops of the sunset and the twinkling lights of the island. The boat features teak decks to stretch out on and a cushioned seating area near the bar, where the crew circulates drinks. Or perhaps lounge on the netting of the bow or get adventurous with a swim in the Caribbean via the boat's rope swing.

Your tour ends when you return to the beach.

A totally engaging swashbuckling crew- great boat- awesome music- and beautiful scenery all created the perfect island vibe. My daughter absolutely loved the rope swing. There were many sunset sail options to choose from - but I am SO glad we chose the Jolly Pirate. It was a unique experience on a beautiful schooner. I've already recommended them to friends going next year. For the price the experience cannot be beat. Great for all. We went as a family, but there were couples and groups there also ~ Everyone danced, jumped and enjoyed the sail. Highly recommend and will go again if given the opportunity to return.

I’m so upset I can’t remember the crew members names, except for Jorge. I went on this cruise twice!! Such a fun, free spirited environment. The crew members both times were incredibly friendly and made sure everyone was having a great time. I went by myself but it didn’t make a difference because you make friends on the boat! The rope swing was definitely a highlight and so much fun! I just wish I would’ve done it the first time also. You will not regret this experience!

Excellent tour!! Our tour guides, Daniel, Oscar, and Julio was a lot of fun. We had a wonderful time. The open bar was very nice touch. We had a lot of fun swinging off the pirate ship. The sunset was beautiful and we got a lot of great pictures.

The crew were professional & fun. We sailed to a swimming spot & anchord. It was the perfect spot to use the rope swing. Everyone was having so much fun with the swing we almost forgot to watch the sunset.

Check pick up location!

Be sure to verify exact pick up location. We used the address given when we booked, it was over a mile away from the actual pick up spot. When we finally found the pick up location we had already missed the sail. The lady at the desk at the pick up location was rude, condescending and didn’t seem to be interested in assisting us. She simply said no-one else went to the wrong location and told us to call Viator.

The staff was amazing and made the trip. If you are looking for beautiful views, great music, great people, rope swing, and unlimited drinks this is for you. This definitely is a party boat so if you are not big on drinking and dancing I would look at their snorkling trips instead. Worth the money if you are looking for a good time dancing and drinking on the water and having fun with amazing people.

Fun experience but…

It was a fun experience but they packed us like sardines on the boat from the dock to the pirate ship. The drinks were kind of weak and had some white stuff floating in them that we couldn’t figure out what it was. Lastly, there one bathroom and someone blew it up and left it uncomfortable for others but that is out of their control. Music was good. Crew was fun and engaging.
