The crew here are fantastic. Rowan, RJ and Jose made this our most favorite excursion while in Aruba. They provided special dietary/food requests (provided at the time of booking). Great story telling and were very informative about best practices while snorkeling near a ship wreck. Simply put, make sure you book!

Fun sail, nice snorkle sites

Excellent crew, the first diving site was too choppy but the rest was great. Great drinks and food. They provided hotel shuttle which was nice. 2 of the sites could be accessed by beach but not the first.

Fun swim with turtles

Sam and Maya were our friendly guides. The swimming with turtles was the highlight, and the short stop at Cas Abao was nice as well. Unfortunately there will jellyfish around Blue Cave, and so we were not able to do that stop. It was a pretty wavy day out on the ocean, and the boat is not huge. This was not really an issue on the way out, because we were going with the wind and waves. On the way back, the rough seas were definitely more noticeable. Our kids (who like rollercoasters) enjoyed the zipping up and down with the waves, but someone without a strong stomach would probably have found it tough. Overall, we had a fun day.

We had an amazing time aboard the Lady Black! The 3 snorkeling stops were all fun and full of fish and turtles. The rope swing was fun, and lunch was a great way to end the experience. The crew was one of the highlights of the trip they were fun and extremely lively!!

Cancelled excursion with no imminent refund

We set up the tour on Thursday February 15 for the following day and were notified by the operator Thursday evening that the vessel for the tour was malfunctioning and the tour was being cancelled. The operator indicated that the tour costs would be refunded. We are now two weeks out and no refund has occurred. I have reached out to Viator(whom we used for the booking) three times concerning this issue and have had no response. They seem happy to have you pay for the booking but not so prompt in refunding our money for the excruciate didn’t take place. I guess my next step will be to contact my credit card issuer to dispute the charge. Very frustrating!

This was a fantastic tour! I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves snorkeling. The crew was impeccable and so welcoming to everyone. There was lots of shade and plenty of drinks. A+!

company cancelled last minute

I reserved a snorkel trip with this company, received confirmation emails and all regarding our booking. I received a call 1.5 hours before the boat trip canceling our reservation because it was overbooked from a cruise ship that was in port. We were told that we would have our money refunded. Not only were our plans changed last minute, but I am still waiting for a refund, that now I am disputting with my credit card company.

This was a perfect excursion! The boat was great, not too crowded, fun music, three snorkeling locations and our whole family loved jumping off the boat via the “pirate” rope. My only complaint is we all got a little sick from the room temp tuna wraps served on boat.

trip was canceled due to maintenance issue with boat. full refund was given. they tried numerous times and ways to get ahold of us, but miscommunication we showed up for the trip and waited til someone called the company for us. was disappointed, but being this was a small company with only one boat, understood.

The snorkel tour was great. Our crew took us to the perfect spots where we saw so many fish. I'm from Hawaii and this was the best snorkeling I've had outside the islands. The tour was small, maybe around 15 people, so we all had plenty of space.

Anyone with kids needs to do this

Great experience with the kids. Just be sure they are strong swimmers, particularly at the shipwreck site. The crew and included meal were fantastic!
