I would highly recommend private transfer as it was efficient and the driver was excellent. Traffic in Athens is always congested and having a driver pick you up and get you to the airport in a timely fashion is important to me.

Driver was at pick up point even earlier than scheduled time . Clear sign with our name and loaded cases for us. Excellent driver very polite and informative . Arrived at airport relaxed and with plenty of time for flight. First time I’ve used this company but wouldn’t hesitate about using them again. Excellent service fully recommend them.

Excellent, Professional Transfer

Comfortable, Stress-free Airport Transfer

LS Tours was terrific! Panos provided thorough, timely & accurate info before our pick-up. Alex arrived a few minutes early for our pick-up and was very pleasant. Vehicle was spacious, spotless & very comfortable. This stress-free transfer was the perfect way to begin our journey home to the USA. Well worth the slight premium (vs taxi or the cruise co transfer option).

Driver did not show up, but office staff were excellent in providing a refund quickly. We caught a taxi in the end, the driver was very friendly and seemed to know all the back roads

Hello Audrey_V, As you were informed through our phone call communication your driver was involved in a car accident on his way to pick you up, it wasn't his fault but still had to wait for the police authorities to arrive at the spot. We rescheduled and we did let you know that another driver is coming to pick you up, it took about 20 minutes for the second driver to reach the port. When the second driver arrived he reached out to you and you told him that you caught a taxi. We totally understand that you were in a hurry and you couldn't wait, as soon as you told us that you caught a taxi we immediately gave you a full refund. Unfortunately in our business, as in any transfer company, there are external factors that affect our smooth operation. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Ls Tours and Transfers Team

We had a great experience with Alex P while driving us from the port to airport in Athens. He impressed us by his knowledge of his country and was very pleasant. After several rude experiences in Europe during our vacation, Alex did not let us down as I have continued to speak about the excellent service and kind people of Greece. He even taught us how to say our last name “ Gianniou” in Greek. My father is Greek but we don’t know the language, which we wish we did! Would recommend Alex for any services!!! Please share with him he was great!
