Cancellation Policy

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

George was on time and incredibly friendly. His vehicle was completely clean and comfortable. He took the time to explain a few things along our route from the Hotel in Athens to the Port in Piraeus. We will definitely seek them out again on our next trip in Athens.

Driver never showed up

I had booked transportation from the hotel to the cruise port in Athens and our driver never showed up. We waited 15 to 20 minutes then just had the hotel get us a taxi. I personally do not like the fact that I cannot call anyone. I sent messages through the app and they replied by called the hotel instead of me. It was not a good experience!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry we did not meet your expectations. Our driver was there on time to pick you up. You were not in the hotel lobby, and since the lobby was small, the receptionist informed him that he could not wait there. He suggested our driver wait at the vehicle, and he would inform you that our driver is already there waiting for you at the vehicle just outside the hotel near the entrance. Meanwhile, the doorman told our driver to move the vehicle because it was blocking the entrance of the hotel. He demanded our driver to go around the block and return. We contacted you immediately that our driver was already there but had to make it around the block and also contacted the receptionist who informed us that he had arranged another vehicle for you. We also replied through the platform and the messaging system and when we realized what happened, we immediately responded to your refund request by refunding you in total, before you even arrive at the port with the other vehicle. As you can see, this is not our fault but a very bad service of the hotel who wanted to sell his own transfer service. Thank you.

Small car for number of passengers

Despite providing details on number of bags and passengers, a small car was sent. Fortunately, the taxi driver had straps which he used to secure the trunk because it couldn’t close.

On our product page, it is explicitly stated that "Maximum luggage allowance: 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on per person." You were 2 people with 4 big bags and 2 carry-ons and the vehicle was a Mercedes E-Class. You have never informed us about your luggage amount. We always suggest upgrading to a minivan on this occasion. Thank you.

Excellent transfer service from Athens hotel to port. They picked up my group of 11 as scheduled and brought all our large luggage with ease to the Piraeus cruise port. Arrangements were simple and communication with driver was super easy via Whatsapp. I highly recommend using this transfer service and would use them again. Thank you for the excellent service!!!
