  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Service animals allowed
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan
  • Most travelers can participate
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I slept through my alarm, so I was late for my 5am pickup. The driver called my hotel room, then waited for me. When I arrived he was so courteous and ensured me it was no problem. He was extremely professional and got me to the airport on time anyway.

Our flight was at 12:22...

Our flight was at 12:22 pm Sunday. At 10:20 am at the hotel, and we still had not heard from the driver (which is rare since they’re usually early). I called and the girl said I was to be picked up until 12:22. I told her no I had indicated on the form when securing the car service that we were to be picked up at 10:30 am at Omni CNN Center. She send me to the dispatch, and he said there was no pickup time. He also said the next car would be available at 11:00 (which is 30 minutes from the time I spoke to him). Had we waited until 11 to be picked up, we would have missed our flight. So, I told him to cancel the private car and asked for a refund. He said I needed to contact Viator for such. I feel bad since Viator itself was not at fault.

This was my Second to third time using the service. It was a bad experience beginning to end even when i called on October the 4th to confirm my pick up time going to the airport. The customer service rep stated she only saw a one trip for when I had reserved a round trip. I am still not happy with the service at all. No one has reached about my concerns only stating that I may get a refund 7-10 days. I am disappointed

Made a reservation for transportation from Chateau Elan back to Atlanta Airport. Supposedly, the original charge was incorrect, but not because of me. I was specific in my request and received a quote; I accepted, but the day before, they were to pick me up, I received an email that the given was wrong; it was actually $100.00 more. I canceled transportation! Very disappointed and had to scramble to find transportation

The replacement driver arrived about an hour later than the agreed time. Thankfully, I was wise enough to give ample time - Otherwise I could have missed my flight.
