Pickup details

Departure Point: Your driver / representative will be waiting OUTSIDE the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it. Follow the following instructions according to your flight of origin: 1. All Delta domestic flights meet at the South Terminal Limousine Terminal / South Baggage Claim Area. 2. All Other Airlines flights meet in the Baggage Claim Area / Limousine Post of the North Terminal. 3. All international flights meet at the international limousine stand. Return Point: Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.

Convenient and Fun

Simone was great! Our flight was delayed, which I'm sure set her off schedule, but she was there and was a friendly fount of knowledge about things that we could do and places to see during our visit to Atlanta. We now have a list of places to see beyond the general places that we already had thought about! She got us right to our destination, no issues, with a smile.

Horrible service driver cancelled at last minute

Driver canceled at the last minute stating he had a labor dispute with your company. The company sent me a message stating he had car trouble and wasn’t coming. Your company did not offer an alternate driver. My manager is disabled and was arriving at 11pm and I booked this transportation because she needed a large vehicle to fit her scooter that she uses to get around. This was very stressful for me and her. I will not use your company or recommend it to anyone. My manager is expecting her refund to her credit card ASAP!
