- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

It was raining most of the day, so Audrey called us to make sure we still wanted to proceed with our tour— and we are so glad we didn't cancel it. Despite the weather, we had the best time ever. Our guide, Audrey, was great. She took the time to show us the beauty of Austin. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went over and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time. Love that she offered to take photos with me and my husband.
If you want to have a good vacation, this is a must. Thank you, Audrey!

Audrey Charles and Shelby are fantastic!!! I would do another Segway ride with them anytime. They are so concerned with their guests safety and take their time to have you practice on the Segway before they take you out. You feel like friends when you are done. Audrey was so knowledgeable and shared many interesting facts. Highly recommend them!!

Great tour! Shelby our tour guide gave great instructions on how to use the Segways so we felt very comfortable and safe. The Segways were well maintained and lots of fun. Great way to tour the city and learn about the city of Austin. Highly recommend Transport Yourself Tours!

Kelsie worked to ensure my daughter and I felt safe and comfortable the entire trip. He spent time before leaving instructing us on safety and gave us plenty of practice time. He knew a lot of details about monuments and buildings along the way. He was friendly and outgoing, and the tour itself was completely worth every cent.

We had family visit from Germany and thought this was the best way for them to experience downtown Austin. It was! The owner was our tour guide and made sure to spend time with each of us to make sure we were trained well in the Segway. She was a great tourguide explaining important historic buildings and statues. We definitely recommend this.
