… Nice and maneuverable kayaks
Interesting to see other wildlife in the area that included a rabbit, turtles, ducks, and other waterfowl
(FYI: I was informed activity would be about an hour, so I paid for two hours of parking….I still got a parking ticket as the activity exceeded two hours)

The experience was 10/10 and the guide was very sweet and helpful! We were able to see the bats as they are pretty small, but there was a lot out there!

Everything about this tour was very professional, and very organized. With only 12 kayaks, it was very intimate, everybody could hear the guide, who, by the way was fantastic! Photos do not anywhere near justify the experience nor the amount of bats that we had seen. I highly recommend this company for this type of tour!

The sunset and the Austin skyline were beautiful! It was fun to see the city at sunset from the water.
The pre-information for the experience was limited/a lack of communication. Our group was also disappointed with the communication of our guide and the condition of the water, garbage and seaweed; we understand this is out of your control but it would have been nice to have been pre-warned and if our guide would have explained more about this. Finally, unfortunately the bats did not come out this night.

This was my first kayaking experience and it was awesome! Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, PATIENT, and helpful. My nephews are very tall for their ages 10 and 5 but they couldn’t get the hang of it; but the 10 year old got the hang of it toward the end and I videotaped him. We all had an amazing time from beginning to end!

Booked the bat tour since we had friends coming in from out of state. My fiancé and I were in a double kayak, and as soon as we sat Down, we flipped over completely. The kayak hit my head. Haha
Wasn’t funny at the time bc I feared I had just taken my last breath.
Finally got in a “bigger” kayak and were off. The tour was excellent. Hailey was an awesome tour guide. And we will forever be remembered as the couple that tipped the kayak before leaving the docks. Hahahahaha

Ethan, our tour guide was great! And very knowledgeable. The sunset was beautiful, there was a cool breeze and the water was perfectly smooth for kayaking. We enjoyed the view of the skyscrapers as well. Even though the bats decided to not come out the night we went, we still had a great time!
