I am so happy with this transfer service! The representative was exactly where they said they’d be and it wasn’t an issue with our flight being slightly delayed. The van was spacious and air conditioned. An amazing way to start our trip! 10/10 recommend

Great value for the price... easy to order. The instructions to get to the area was fairly simple once you navigate through the large airport.Our plane was delayed 30 minutes and they were waiting with no problem. We had a family of 6 The vehicle fit all six of us and our luggage very comfortably. Only thing that would have made it better would have been if they offered us cold water. Because it was extremely hot outside. and if possibly, there was a driver that could speak some English. other than that, it was okay.

To be honest I’ve been using Viator 20 years and this was worse airport to hotel experience. Waiting around at airport fir the Viator rep being dragged up and down escalators stairs with suitcase it was a nightmare. Maybe I miss read the booking but I’ve never been put jammed into a little taxi with all my luggage jammed into boot of car . If I wanted a taxi why would I bother making a booking with Viator .Very disappointing. All the taxi driver and rep wanted was a photo proof that they picked us up and delivered us to hotel.
