For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Terrible Experience / Reckless Driving

We were very stressed out with this company as we had an early morning flight to catch The driver arrived 35 minutes late, the company did not provide us any information on the driver or even a contact number until we sent several messages through viator …llthe car smelled horribly we felt very unsafe in his car the driver was speeding he drove recklessly weaving in and out of traffic all the way to the airport we almost missed our flight We asked viator for a refund which was denied and the company prevented us from leaving a review by cancelling the booking thankfully we were somehow able to leave the review This is our first bad experience with a viator booking Bad experience all round !!!!! Will not recommend this company!!!!!

Service was great, picked up as agreed, arrived at airport in plenty of time. Was disappointed to learn two other members of my group, left same day at different times and just got the hotel to arrange taxi, their cost to the airport was half what I paid. The reason I prebooked was because it was meant to be cheaper.

Much better to book a transfer rather than hail a taxi ($$$)! It was hard to get in touch with them to confirm. In had to contact viator to facilitate. The driver was late (glad I booked for much earlier), spoke no English (not surprising though) and kept pointing at a reservation under some man's name. I thankfully got to the airport on time.
