What To Expect

Whether you’re arriving in or departing from Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport, your personal assistant will meet you and escort you through the airport. They will guide you past the long lines and through customs, helping you navigate the immigration counters and providing any necessary translation. You’ll avoid the risk of getting lost in the large airport or going to the wrong entrance or exit, which can significantly slow down your progress through the airport.

Most travelers don’t consider passing through an airport to be their favorite part of traveling. This service will make you feel like a VIP and simplify your travel. There are options for hotel transfers and 2-hour lounge access, too, to further streamline your arrival or departure experience.

  • No refunds will be given for this product at any time due to high demand for this product. Changes are permitted.
  • All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
  • If your flight number changes please contact us at least 4 hours before. You do not need to inform us iff the flight arrives late or early as the guide will see at the airport.
  • For the question at checkout "Where would you like to be dropped off" please enter "Exit" or "Your Hotel Name" if you booked a airport transfer
  • For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you

      As soon as I exited the plane my guide was there waiting for me with my name on a sign. It was a welcoming sight for me. The guide walked me through the whole process. I bypassed hundreds of people and got right through it was very easy. I recommend this service to anyone traveling. Shoutout to my guide he was great. Even waited for my luggage with me and delivered to the hotel driver. I will definitely use this service again

You booked the departure fast track with 2 hour lounge as follows https://paste.pics/QR78B Amelia then sent you a message as you gave us your flight details from Phuket to Bangkok which is a domestic flight. Fast Track is for international flight only. We spotted your mistake so we messaged you and then you told us you are leaving to Singapore on SQ709, here is the proof https://paste.pics/QR78H We then advised you that you booked the wrong option and you have to contact Viator for a refund. There are NO transfers included. We have never received any message from you, i do request you to show us where as you see there is NO message from you. Here is our proof https://paste.pics/Q8G03 https://paste.pics/Q8FWJ The guide met you off your flight AND you told the guide you had checked through your luggage (you never told us this earlier), so the guide then processed you under "Fast track with transit". The guide was being helpful to process you faster entry into Thailand and not leave airside, which they did. You did not get what you paid for, you got MORE than what you paid for.       Best $130 spent! Our guide was waiting for us when we got off the plane, expedited us through immigration, got luggage cart, and called our hotel to find out about the shuttle ( shuttle would be 55 minutes) so got us a cab! One hour and 15 minutes later at hotel from arriving at airport!!!

      After a 30 hour trip I wasn’t exactly in prime shape to find my way around an airport where I had never been and wasn’t sure how much of the signage would be in my language. So I booked this service despite my generally cheap nature. A kind young fellow met me just as I deplaned and took me through immigration, to claim my bag, through customs, then at my request to currency exchange and offered to get a taxi for me. When I told him I had booked a private transfer he got me to the right place and made sure all was in order. Could I have done it myself? Probably, but this took 100% of the stress out of the equation and probably got me out of the airport in 1/3 of the time. I couldn’t have made a better decision.

      Paid extra for the package that includes porter and buggy service…only to be informed they will not be able to provide porter or buggy service! As a person with mobility issues, this was incredibly frustrating. Conveniently, all bookings are nonrefundable. Will not use this service in the future and will not recommend to other travelers.

Please see screenshot https://paste.pics/PVQJJ 2) You REQUESTED a wheelchair and Buggy and Tak my staff sent you a message on the 12th October saying the buggy is not included (as you never booked and paid for this). 3) For the wheelchair, we also advised you the same date you have to request this through your airline up to 2 days before as per AOT procedures. 3) The guide met you from the Emirates flight and took you through fast track and then to your transit flight at Lao Airlines. Therefore we have provided you exactly what you have paid for and we messaged you twice about this. You did not message us, call us or email us. This review was your first complaint.
