The Palace and two temples

We got to the Grand Palace before it opened, so despite a small initial crowd, it was not crowded to walk through. The grounds are lovely. We also visited the Reclining Buddha and the Golden Buddha, and a jewlery outlet. The guide spent most of the time reciting historic dates and names rather than giving more of an overview of the importance of the Palace and temples, and his English wasn't great. In hindsight, we could've taken taxi's or TukTuks to these locals and done them on our own.

Really happy we booked the tour. Our guide was Oddi. She was prepared to provide us knowledgeable information and history. She provided excellent service to us, especially with helping my mother who required wheelchair assistance and accessibility. She was great in providing us the best photo angles and spots which we appreciated. She was patient with us stopping to take a million photos. I respected her so much because at the certain locations where photos/videos aren’t aloud and a few distasteful people disregarded that rule, she quickly called them out and alert the temple staff. I don’t recall the drivers name but he was very efficient in picking up after each location, we didn’t have to wait long at all. I highly recommend booking this tour and with Oddi!!

This tour was well worth doing .The guide and driver were both so kind . We were able to skip most Qs. We gut to see all the major points of interest in a short period of time. All our questions were answered, we even got to stop for a cool drink.

The most memorable part of our experience is the overall experience. Right from our pick up to drop off, the guide and driver provided a professional VIP tour. They were very caring and respectful. We are senior citizens with sore knees and they took great care of our needs. Our local guide was very knowledgeable about each place we visited. Her English was excellent and she ensured we didn’t miss anything. She did a great job of taking pictures for and of us getting the best photos from the best vantage points. Thank you for such an awesome morning tour.
