Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Absolutely stay away

You will receive a confirmation email with contact details for them. Pretty standard for the tour operator to reach out to you on WhatsApp for airport pickup. Never heard from them. No one with a sign with our name. Get a text saying driver is at some obscure door waiting for us just under a hour after already getting to our hotel with bags. Get a defensive text shortly after saying I never reached out to them.

We booked a round trip service in Bangkok. The reason I give this 4 stars is because the pick up driver seemed rushed and not prepared. He did not give us waters and the car had air conditioning but car was not as modern. He let us know he was about to run out of gas when we were on the highway which made me very nervous since the gas light was blinking. We had to stop on the way to the hotel so he could get gas in the car. Our driver to the airport, Peitoon, was fantastic and professional. The car was clean, modern and air conditioned worked very well. There was waters for us and they were on time for the pick up at the hotel and waiting in the lobby. Peitoon is a five star driver!

Easy Professsional Excellent Service

Highly recommend this private driver and transfer service. At Bangkok airport, I retrieved my bags and went to door number four where I was greeted by the sign with my name on it. The man there contacted the driver for me and waited with me until the driver arrived. The driver arrived and put my bags in the trunk and open the door for me, and the car was beautiful, clean, and had air conditioning and water. The driver took me to the hotel door and dropped me off, and I provided a small tip. The service was easy to book, easy to use, and I would highly recommend using them for any transfer from the airport to anywhere in Bangkok.

Nice experience

Everything was exactly like they said it would be Someone was waiting with a sign of my name, later he called the main driver to take me to my hotel, everything went smooth. Vehicle was clean and air-conditioned was working, driver was polite.

Luggage may become an issue

We had no problems finding our driver, but they are not prepared for more than one suitcase and one carry-on per person, the representative told us. We did not have the option to list how many bags we had when we hired the shuttle on this website, and had no idea that it would be a problem. We are in Thailand for several weeks, so have more than one bag and a carry-on each. We had an appropriate number of people, according to them, but too many suitcases. Luckily, the driver was willing to let us hold some of our luggage on our laps, so that we would fit in the vehicle that they had sent. It all ended well, but it was much more complicated than it should have been. Other than that issue, the service was wonderful and our driver was very kind.

Hard to find driver

The pick up point was difficult to find with so many gates and we had not been advised which gate our pick up was from. Fortunately friendly locals helped us and we eventually found the Rep who rang for our driver, who was efficient and safe. Maybe it would be a good idea to advise travellers in advance where they should go to find their Rep, as happened for our pick up at Chiang Mai airport

Exceptional Service

Our driver was wonderful and went above to help us. We forgot our passports in the hotel safe and he contacted the hotel and explained our problem. Instead of us having to go back to the hotel from the airport, he asked the hotel to have our passports delivered to us at the airport. Excellent service by a very caring and helpful driver.

Well organised transfer despite the large number of people waiting

Despite the huge number of people arriving for transfers they seemed to have a system that works fairly well & after a short wait we were sent upstairs to meet a pick up car that we had seen colour & rego for. .Luckily I was being helped y a young man from Cathay in a wheelchair & he knew where & how to go. We may have had ore problems without his help. The ride into Bangkok went well.

Our connecting flight was diverted due to a medical emergency, so we missed our final flight into BKK and had no way of calling the driver. Once we arrived they graciously and quickly sent another car for us. We appreciated the swift response after a difficult and long journey. Car was clean and air conditions. Driver was very professional.
