We're very sad to hear you couldn't find the tour guide, we know that your travel time is invaluable so we try our best to make sure the meeting point is communicated as clearly as possible.
In the booking information, besides the address of the meeting point and the pin on the map, we also include a direct link to the exact location of the meeting point.
The day before the tour we send an email that also includes the link to the exact location and asks people to confirm their attendance.
Furthermore, on the morning of the tour, the guide sends a text message to the phone number listed in the booking to make sure everything is clear and there are no misunderstandings.
Since we did not receive a confirmation from you and your phone number was not reachable. It seems like this was an unfortunate instance where things just didn't work out.
The guide was at the meeting point until at least 10:50, holding a white umbrella and with a small group of other participants of the tour.
We have issued a full refund which should be processed within the next 48 hours.
