It was a great way to see three different cities in one day. Be prepared for a lot of walking. Enjoyed learning the history of each place. Our guide Isabel was great.

Not a pleasant trip in the rain

This trip could have been wonderful if the weather would have cooperated. It was foggy and raining so much that you could not see the mountains of Montserrat. I was surprised that the tour was not cancelled. It should have been due to the constant rain. Our guide Jose, was good. But when the other guide Richard spoke on the bus, he was very difficult to understand. The lunch in Girona was great and served HOT.

Viator uses Get Your Guide to use a 3rd party vendor: World Experience. Tour ran 2hrs late. Originally it was to leave Barcelona at 8:30. Due to a delay we didn’t leave to close to 10am. We were pawned off to 3 different guides. We had to negotiate to stay longer in Monserrat. We didn’t see the Black Madonna, ran late to Girona. Had ZERO time for our own time. Didn’t have any opportunity to buy souvenirs. Lunch was hurriedly. Food bland & barely warm. Costa Brava was just an hour long. I have previously booked guided tours & this has been so far the worst. DO NOT BOOK COMBO. I WILL NOT BE USING THESE SERVICES IN THE FUTURE. I was really looking forward to this tour. Highly disappointed. They took away from my experience.

Girona was good. The tour was good, although spent quite a bit of time on the coach. Tour guides were good. Very upbeat and showed everything at the right pace.

This tour was so worth it! So beautiful with mountain and rivers, historic sights, delicious lunch, and Mediterranean Sea views. Our tour guide Richard was delightful, so sweet and informative teaching us all about the history of the region. Probably my favorite tour we’ve done in Spain so far! Bring comfortable shoes and headphones for the bus.

a bit hectic schedule, but recommendable nonetheless

The gathering in the morning and getting on the bus part was not so well organized. Checking registrations took time, the bus was late and we had to spend quite some time outside in the cold. Notwithstanding, our guide Bosco was a very pleasant person whose presence compensated to a large extent. I personally wish I should have separated Montserrat and Girona/Costa Brava, but this is nonetheless a good tour for someone who is in Barcelona for a short period of time.

It was a rainy and cold day to take a tour of three amazing places. But our AMAZING Tour Guide - Richard made the trip. We learned a lot of history, fun facts, and saw memorable sites at each location. The lunch was incredible, and the restaurant staff couldn't have been any nicer. Overall despite the not so perfect weather for outdoor adventures this trip is worth the cost, allowing a visitor to Barcelona to step away from the city and see 3 great sites. Our Driver for the tour was also excellent, navigating the weather, the terrain, and the many tourist personalities.

Had a great day today with Jose and Isabella, our tour guides. They had tons of information to share, were kind and very concerned for their guests. The history, architecture and views of the Mediterranean Sea were my favorite. I would recommend to those visiting in the area.

The place was beautiful. But wasn’t happy with the guide. He wasn’t warm to my wife and myself nor was his assistant. When we ask questions and doubts… I was mostly ignored. At the same time when some one else asks.. he had the time and effort to answer. We felt it’s only because we were Indian . Since he was answering all other crowd , who were mostly from the USA. Such kind of racial discrimination could be avoided in future.

The old town in Gerona and walking the neighborhood near the water in Costa Brava was a wonderful experience. We also enjoyed the mini hike on the Camino San Miguel in Monserrat. Our tour guide Jimena was fabulous! And the bus driver was a safe driver!

Locations visited were really A class. The best of Catalonia was really on display, thank you. A very worthwhile trip, but it is a long day, approximately 12 hours. Our guides Bosco and Lucas are very very nice guys, but they need to be a bit firmer on time management. When we are asked to meet back at the bus at a given time and folk wander in 20-25 minutes late, it's very annoying. Those who do the right thing and meet back at the bus on time are penalised. It was also a bit tedious having all sites and attractions explained in Spanish then English. As mentioned, it was a very long day and the two previous issues exacerbated things.

I’d do 3 1/2 stars, but there’s no option for that. Negatives: no water, no snacks, we ate lunch very late and everyone was very hungry. Bus rides we long and boring until right at the end when the guided talked. Positives: Guides were very nice and knowledgeable. Made sure everyone was accounted for and were kind to my husband, who has some mobility issues. Highlight was Montserrat, but it was crazy busy. Lots and lots of tour buses and cars.

Isabel was very informative and quirky with her jokes, loved her as our guide. Everyone please please take this tour, it covers so many places in day. Montserrat and Costa Brava are breath taking. So much history with beautiful picturesque view.

The tour was excellent! Bosco and Jose were amazing!! Funny, informative and entertaining! They went above and beyond to make everyone feel happy on a tour! Not only they tell the group legends and history, when it started rain they went to get umbrellas for people to not get wet!! ALSO!!!!! Please take note!! Always check your belongings before leaving the bus!! I was the one who lost my brand new IPhone 15 max on a bus!! I just simply forgot it in the pouch of a sit! And let me tell you .. I was stressed!! How will I get it back in Barcelona!? All my correspondence with the tour was on that phone🤦🏻‍♀️. So I came back the next day to the same meeting location and Jose contacted the bus driver and they located my phone (I’m writing this review from it right now!). What a relief!! Thanks to Jose’s kind help I was able to get the phone back! So, yes!!! The tour is great!! Lots of memories and great places!! Lots of laughs and pictures! And really honestly, don’t go on a tour if you are grumpy, “attitudy”, negative person!! The tour guides are not going to make your life better! They are there to telll you about the history and point the places of interest! So, if you start your trip with already negative attitude, just stay home! lol That’s all!! Destinations were all awesome. Guides were good! As noted by other travelers, there is not enough time to see each place. All places felt rushed with Girona the least rushed. Overall I would say this tour is a good way to get a taste of these unique places and you can go back later to explore in depth!
