  • If you arrive late, you will miss the entrance and won´t have the option to request a refund.

Good intro to the park

Very helpful to get the background of why the park was built and who was involved. Note that it is a short tour so you don't get to cover all of the park with the group. Leave yourself time after to explore.

We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide was VERY informative. At times it was difficult to hear him because you couldn't get close enough. It would be great if they had the little recievers with earphones so everyone could hear what is being said. You definitely need to buy your tickets before you go or you may not get in. I saw many people turned away with the next availability was 2 days away.

We had a very good guide ,very informative thorough and knowledgeable but with the pouring rain and very crowded,we were unable to finish the tour because we lost him or he lost us,we had to be very careful going down the steps plus my friend has a very bad knee so she can’t keep and we have to wait for her. My regret is we didn’t finish the tour with him,because he was so good.

Horrible experience with Golden Tours. Rude guide. Very unprofessional and unacceptable attitude. Aggressive behaviour. Took our money and we didn’t get in despite being at the meeting point on time and having a confirmed booking paid for in advance. The guide intentionally made himself unavailable on the phone so he couldn’t be contacted. Terrible back end support from the tour operator as well. It’s a scam. The entire attitude of everyone involved was atrocious. 15 other unrelated people faced the same ordeal with us in one time slot alone. They are denying a refund for a service that they had no intention of ever rendering. Can’t imagine how many people they are robbing everyday. Will not recommend this tour operator. They are running a scam.

Visiting park Güell was amazing experience! It was easy to find our tour guide with his sign ( golden tour) and he also sent emails to customers so we can be familiar with meeting point. Very smooth experience with expert tour guide. Pleased with his service !

We enjoyed this tour. The guide was great and everything went well. It took a while to get there by public transport as the maps on my phone presumed we could walk through the park. It took us to the far end of the park and we needed to walk around another 15-20 minutes to get to the correct entry.

The tour guide (11:00 am) was very nice and helpful. He was very knowledgable, explaining well, organizing the group well and had just the right sense of humor for the tour. We had a good time. Also the video about the meeting point they sent in the reminding message was very helpful. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a good tour. However. The location we were directed to meet our tour guide was horrible. Please. If you plan this: DO NOT USE their directions. Go to the front gate of Park Güell. We spent 1 hour from the directions through the link and was nearly exhausted by time we arrived.

Our tour guide Eva was amazing! We were late to the tour. We were dropped off at the wrong entrance and had to walk almost 15 min to the meeting spot. We were told they would try their best to accommodate us and they did! Eva was well informed and spoke with passion about the park. She answered questions with wonderful detail. The best tour I had in Spain!
