Our guide was just ok, he was very poplite and nice and provided a lot of information but not once did he answer any of our questions, which is a shame, after a while we just stopped asking. Overall a good guide and with interesting stories, but it would be nice to engage with the audience a little and answer our questions.

On the first place, we regret that you missed your tour, but it's important to note that you arrived extremely late despite having all the necessary information and being contacted by us beforehand. Sagrada Familia is one of Spain's most visited monuments, with 12,000 daily visitors, and tickets are sold out days in advance. Schedules are strict for obvious reasons. Regardless of where you booked, the outcome would have been the same, the policies are directed by the monument, and as a tour operator, we have no control over these situations. From here, we want to recommend all visitors to plan your arrival in advance, as arriving late inevitably results in missing the tour and access. Best wishes from Tours For Today Team.

You haven't seen any church like this one! It is at a different level with the details, sculptures, dramatic shapes and finally the stained glass windows that bathe the church in different colors when the sun is shining through. For this reason, definitely recommend to go there when the sun is bright and in the late morning to early afternoon.

Excellent guide (Marc, I think). Clear and informative. I was last here in 2006 when the interior was still partially a construction site. The transformation is extraordinary. Good communications from the company were helpful.

This church is astonishing in its majesty. Make every effort to see the inside and say a prayer for someone you love. The tour guide was knowledgeable and thorough and made it clear she had a deep reverance for the church. The tour started outside and continued through the magnificent inside. The tour started precisely on time and delivered more than I expected. Well done.
Greatest church ever, poorly organized

The Sagrada Familia is the most impressive church I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a lot. Our guide, Bruna, was delightful and knowledgeable. However, the tour company was inefficient, the meeting place changed at the last minute, and we didn’t get the reminder because they sent it out 1 hour before the tour. And the contact person was snarky. I’m really glad we went but they could have done a lot better with organization.

The meeting point for our tours has never changed; it has always been at the same location: Avenida Gaudí number 5, the Kurz & Gut restaurant. Additionally, we did send out a reminder one hour before the tour, as we always do, as a courtesy to our customers. You can easily check this information from your original voucher and compare it with the message you receive it. On the other hand, we apologize if you perceived any snarkiness from the contact person who assisted you. We will review the call recordings to understand what happened. Best regards!
