    Our Guide will be at the meeting point in the center of the esplanade, between the taxi stop and the park gate on 23 CARRETERA DEL CARMEL | Entrance to the Park for Groups. The Park is 12 hectares big and has 4 entrance gates for tourists, So make sure you plan how to get there in advance.

Although it was difficult to locate the guide at the crowded meeting point, the tour itself was excellent. The detailed information and history from our local guide Bruna was spectacular. More daily English-speaking tours would be appreciated.

DON'T TAKE THIS TOUR!! To start the tour guide was late. He looked homeless and seemed as though he was in drugs. He could not finish a sentence or concentrate. He gave no actual facts and kept rambling. He argued with other people on our tour if they dared ask questions and told them he would just end the tour. The tour was listed as 1½ hours but he only did 45 minutes, which was actually a relief because he was so awful.

Seeing the entrance of the park and the story of Gaudi. The instructions to meet the tour guide need to be more specific as the taxi/ Uber dropped us at the wrong meeting point.

Roberto, our tour guide, was AMAZING! Super knowledgeable, kind, and friendly! First off we were running late to the park...we were able to text him to let him know we were on our way. Once we arrived at the back gate, he found us! He made us feel very comfortable. This was our favorite tour while in Spain.

Hard to find the guide at the venue, little to no insight of who to look for. It would have been helpful to know that the guide was wearing a redshirt that was printed with “I got my tours for Today. The tour was rushed and the guide was inaudible at times. Need to do a microphone and/or headphones.

Horrible. Buy from Park Guell website. Do not buy from this company. We went to the tour start location. Could not find the tour guide. Tried to contact them, no responses. Tried to call Viator and they said we were late and the guide will only wait 10-15 minutes. Not true, because we were there at 4:04. Park Guell said they went in early.

The meeting point was difficult to find and the directions to the spot of no value. I called 3 times to get help but whoever answered was not able to reach the tour guide or just repeated the address.

The park is a must see, my favourite spot of the city. However the tour was poor and I wish I'd have the option of audio recording instead or just paid the €10 for the entrance. I did not feel confidence from the guide. The English accent was hard to understand and the storytelling could have been better, not sure if memorising history is enough when we collate narratives together.

Park Guell is amazing. Architecture with intricate designs in each structure are marvellous and speaks to the genius of the architect Antony Gaudi. We can also see the city view from here. Our tour guide was very patient and explained every structure in detail. This guided tour is totally worth it.
Worst tour ever

This has to be the worst guided tour I have ever had! The guide lacked knowledge, appeared uninterested. On top of this he also appeared to be making things up, the funniest story was that Gaudi was on hallucinogenic when he designed the Parc Guell. In some ways it was quite comical. Please note that this review is for the English tour and the not the Spanish one we were mistakenly booked on.
Poor communication from ground operator

The confirmation for the tour was sent via WhatsApp earlier in the day on the same day as the tour and clients did not have whatsapp. Clients showed up at meeting point and were told the tour guide was frustrated that people didn't show up for tour and went into park early. Viator was extremely helpful in connecting the group to tour operator so they could get their actual tickets but they did not do the guided tour they paid for. It was a frustrating experience and clients followed protocol on actual tickets and Viator site but the tour operator required confirmation via WhatsApp. Not happy with the communication process of this operator.
