This was terrible!!! I did not get what i purchased. I need to receive a refund!! I was supposed to go into La Familia. We did not get to do this. This was the main reason we purchased this excursion. We didn't get to go to La Rambus. What I purchased is not what I received!!! As we were running out of time the bus driver refused to take the hotel passengers to their hotels. At one stop we were not allowed to go in because we were told we did not have tickets. Very poor. Very disappointing. Awful experience!!!
