    The bus itself was clean and came by on a regular basis. Not easily identifiable routes. Boat option = the pier that we chose was closed. No one really helped us find the right one. We eventually did but it ate up an hour of our time. Overall - with experience - I would do it again but for the first time it is not easily navigated.

    Worth buying the 2-day pass. I went for the full ride on day 1 and then selected my stops on day 2. They cover all the right places... it is also means of transportation 👍🏻

    This bus trip covers all of the top attractions and made plenty of stops. The headphones allow you to listen in multiple languages, and the stops are convenient to walk to other places.

    Generally good experience. However, be careful because when closing time comes your tour ends at the bus station regardless and you may nit be near your next destination.

    The ticket redemption process is very unclear and they do not run during all advertised hours. Also, while the bus runs 7 days a week, if you need assistance on a weekend, you are out of luck.

    Saw many things would have otherwise missed. Commentary was brilliant. Unfortunately it was a very hot day. Never had a problem waiting for the bus ( roughly 15 mins ) The cruise was also good but only in German so my partner didn't understand. Just a lovely day.

    Remaining of original wall and the history, Checkpoint Charlie, as well as East Side Gallery. You really don’t need to look hard to see the History of WWII war. It’s a beautiful city and so happy had a chance to visit it.

    City tours are always a good way to see a lot with limited time. I wish their information were more centralized. In your booking you can’t actually access a map of the route. There was one stop they weren’t using where we were waiting. Website showed it. Should have been communicated better by the bus driver. Audio on some buses cut in and out.
    Exchanging vouchers for tickets is ridiculous in this day and age

    Excellent bus tour. Negative is the distance you have to go change your voucher to tickets. I think in this day and age it would be far better to send them electronically otherwise great experience.

    Trying to find somewhere to get our tickets redeemed was confusing, then some of the bus drivers were - ahem - less than helpful to put it mildly. Why couldn’t you have just sent us the tickets so we could’ve hopped straight on instead of having to walk from the Bahnhof to Potzdamer Platz, for example.

    Recordings of history are too brief and more information should be provided. Sometimes timing was off..recording too far ahead or lagging from where the bus was at. It was ok but room for improvement

    This was a very good experience apart from the fact that it clearly showed that stop 16 was where you could get on the cruise, even your agent at this stop was not aware of this, so we had to walk back to stop 14. Was still a great trip

    This was a good value experience especially as it combined the one hour cruise on the River Spree. It took you to all the places a tourist would want to see BUT the biggest disappointment is the lack of signage. If you get off at one stop and go back to it again for onward travel you are OK because you know where the stop is. If you get off at one stop walk around and try to find a stop out of sequence it is very difficult. We could not find stop 17 or 16 and spent an hour trying to find them. By waiting in the wrong place the bus passed us and we ran after it but missed it. ALSO allow plenty of time to get back to your base. As rush hour traffic builds up the bus travels far slower. At 6pm the bus stops wherever you are and you have to get off! It cost us €15 to get back to our Hotel by taxi when it happened to us. PLEASE put some sort of signage up at the stops!

    Fantastic experience! We enjoyed the convenience of the hop on hop off. Very informative recorded information in English. Seemed to take us to all the historical sights. I would suggest this to anyone traveling to Berlin.

    As a first-time visitor to Berlin, we took the Berlin City Hop-on Hop-off Tour as a way to have a look around the city and decide what we would like to spend time at - as we only had 2 days. There is so much to see but our highlights were Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie & Berlin Wall.

    The convenience of getting on & off the bus even though we didn’t do it a lot. The only criticism I would have is the stops are not very easily recognizable. The other is we had quite a long wait at the some of the stops. It was not 15 r 20 min wait. The other is I wish they would announce the wait time at every stop as it would be for better planning and use of our time. Thanks

    Great way to get your bearings in a new city. Gives you a great overview of Berlin . You cam then book where to get on and off, where you walk and places to visit. Consider getting off and walking then joining the bus again later. Well worth the cot and the boat trip was great to see the city from a different perspective.
