Very impressive visit
Dan_P, May 2024
Me and my family members visited for the first time this kind of location. We were extremally impressed with the life conditions the prisoners had to endure.
Unique, Informative, and Eye-Opening Experience
Carter_W, Apr 2024
This tour was extremely informative and eye-opening. I learned a lot that I did not know before this. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Berlin whether you are going solo or with a group.
Very educational trip
KarinaElisabeth_A, Apr 2024
This was genuinely one of the most interesting tour I’ve been on. The guide we had knew his stuff and answered all of our questions. He told us horrible stories which made the trip more powerful and we really felt the pain that was inflicted here. This was 10/10
Shocking but well worth a visit
Teresa_D, Mar 2024
It was a very interesting but heartbreaking visit. Quite overwhelming. Walk d was an excellent tour guide, he knew when it was appropriate to inject humour and also to advise about the horrors of the visit. He dealt with the travel arrangements very well. He was knowledgeable and informed.

We had the lovely Roshana Noor who guided us through this memorable tour. Her depth of knowledge about the site and everything around it was mesmerizing and provided great education on what took place in this camp. She also made sure that the group stayed together and took care of us while we took took different transportation to and from the camp. Thank you Roshana for a memorable experience

Concentration Camp Day Trip
Robert_C, Dec 2023
Wally ( hope I spelled his name correctly) was a great guide from the time we met until the time we got back to Berlin. He even took the time to tell those of us staying at the Berlin Hilton what train to take and where to get off to arrive back at the Hotel Great day and learning experience
A “must do” when in Berlin.

Powerful
Chelsea_W, Nov 2023
Very powerful experience. Would recommend for all those that would like to visit, get a better understanding of the holocaust, and honor the past. Our guide (Amelia) handled this tough matter with sensitivity and lots of info to share.
Everyone should do this
greg_p, Oct 2023
This trip was all about the guide —his fund of knowledge of the source material and personal reflections —having been born, raised , educated in the DDR —were enlightening and thought provoking . Also —he really took group under his broader wing giving all recommendations for post-trip and getting us all safely back to Berlin after the planned train was cancelled
Hands down great tour
Nichols_R, Oct 2023
Hannah was a great tour guide. She shared so much information and gave us time to see it all. The grounds are alot to cover but it’s eye opening to see it all and read about it. Worth the experience!
Unforgettable and touching experience

Excellent tour of Sachsenhausen provided by Tom Durrant
John_C, Sep 2023
My husband and I took the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp tour on September 17, 2023. Our tour guide was Thomas Durrant who is from London, England but has been living and working in Berlin for several years. There were about 12 people on the tour from many different countries. The man from Australia probably traveled the furthest to join the tour. We are Americans as were four other couples. Other young men were from Hong Kong and Singapore. Tom provided a tour that was geared to the various levels of prior knowledge of NAZI Germany and its brutalities possessed by the tour goers. I am sure that all learned from him. My husband, who is a well read history buff, picked up a few things that he was previously unaware of. Tom did not gloss over any of the horrible things done at Sachsenhausen. However, he presented these facts in an accurate but sensitive way. On a scale of one to ten I would rate his tour as a fifteen.
So worth it
Dana_B, Sep 2023
Our guide was amazing. His stories brought history to life and he clearly cared about keeping everyone happy and well cared for.
Great experience

Gregor who was our guide,...
Kacey_S, Aug 2023
Gregor who was our guide, was excellent. You can tell that he enjoys what he does and is very knowledgeable about the topic. It was my first camp tour ever and it left a good impression on me despite the topic. Would recommend the tour and Gregor specifically.
Such a sweet, friendly guide
Susan_R, Aug 2023
This was a wonderful tour- Roshana was such a nice guide. She was so informative and interesting. She made sure we all got back on the correct train- she even walked us right there to make sure we didn’t get lost- (believe me in that train station we would have got lost without her!) - she is so sweet!! She gave us other options that we could do after the tour. This tour is highly recommended and make sure that you request her.
