Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Attentive, courteous and spacious

After a long day traveling from the US East Coast, was grateful for the attentive, helpful private transfer on our arrival in Kona, Hawaii. Pre-arrival text messages allowed us to be in touch, meet in baggage claim and rapidly be on the road to our accommodations. Vehicle was clean, spacious and had plenty of room for all our luggage.

Decent Service

Pretty good service. I was a bit alarmed when I first received confirmation of my booking. I stated that I had two people with 4 bags and my confirmation explained that they would be sending a driver in a Toyota Corolla. I was very upset to hear this as the price point for a 20 minute ride didnt align with such a vehicle and it also wouldnt fit us and our bags. After calling, virtually chatting and texting the company, I received different responses as a resolver, however, the driver explained they would be in a sprinter van, not a Corolla. The service at the airport was nice. The driver had a sign with my name and they were there on time and helpful with our bags. I would recommend that the company be very clear on the type of car that is arriving and ensure that they arent sending small sedans unless they change the advertised pictures on the booking screen.

Our flight was delayed due to Mauna Loa eruption; however, driver was very patient as we waited for our late arriving bags. She was very nice but didn't speak much English, so hard to communicate.

Disorganized ripoff

This company is awful. When I first booked a ride from the Kona airport to my new home I listed the nearest town. My house is EXACTLY 1 mile from the center of town. I got a call asking for me to email my exact address. All fine. I got my confirmation and thought I was set. And then… at 1:30 am on the morning I am flying out I get a text message saying that my “new address is much further” and I needed to pay $35 more to make the ride happen. I make the online payment. And then at 6 am I get another text message asking me to email the confirmation of payment! I would up paying $155 for the ride. When I arrived, a very nice man met me and handled my bags and drove me home. It turns out that the ride really should only cost $95. This company takes a huge fee and basically contracts out with local services. While my driver was excellent, this company “Elifelimo” feels like a disorganized scam. I will never use them again.
