WE thank all guest for their honest reviews because this is what helps us to grow and strive to do better. However this guest review is nowhere near honest. Guest book this tour and put that their hotel pick up is Royalton Blue Waters which is in Falmouth meanwhile guest is actually staying at the Grand palladium which is almost in Negril. WE only found that out 15 hours before the tour. After a lot of back and forth and guest refuse to get a refund and we let them know that they are 1 hour and 30 minutes away one way from the Royalton Blue Waters they agree to get a drive over and we agree to meet them at 9am which they did not show up until 9:30am. The driver had to wait on them. Also guest inform us like 3 hours before the tour that one person could not make it and wanted a refund for that one person while we had to already paid the boat for 3 person which was highly unfair . So upon denying that request guest because very disgruntled which was beyond out control because all 3 guest had to be paid for and the company could not stand the expense for them. Guest did not came prepare for the tour because they had no towel as listed in tour details and requested a stop to buy towels. The driver gave them 10 minutes to get it at the Tajmahal shopping area and this was the only shopping stop that they did and instead of 10 minutes they took 40 minutes claiming that was there last day on the island and wanted to do last minutes shopping and that it was mainly the boat they are interesting in not the Blue Hole. Guest claim to have no cash and also ask for an atm to do tips and we grant them their request which took around 5 minutes and they did get cash at the atm. As for the Blue Hole it was 45 minutes spend their and guest buy alcohol, did mud bath and buy other things of interest to them and the bill came to $160 which they pay via cash app so that money was not only tip but for things that they freely purchase and not force. Also after talking to guest daughter we found out no guide ever tell them that they did not get paid guest make up all these stories because they did not get pick up at grand palladium. As for missing the boat this was totally on the guest because the driver keep reminding them they are running behind and they insist that they needed food and restroom stop before the boat so the driver had to pre order lunch for them and take it to go to get to the boat the fastest he could. When they arrive the boat had just leave like 10 minutes ago which they were given a small boat to take them to the big boat without any additional charges and no driver and other workers would try to charge these people money while the boat company carry out other guest that will join the catamaran for free. As for this guest she was not please because of all her unnecessary issues initially and this guest just try to paint a company bad with a negative reviews.
