Jason was AMAZING! Couldn’t have asked for a better guide. The Ferry was a great experience, tour through Salem was even better. Learned so much and had a great time.

The tour was brilliant. It was well paced and covered a broad amount of information. Jason was well informed and entertained us the whole time.

Loved all of it but need to specify meeting at No. 5 at the Salem Ferry instead of 1 Long Wharf. Our guide JASON we perfect.
Was very informative. Enjoyed walking through Salem

The history of Salem...Great job with visualization of history and mannequins that described the historical reenactment.
    Very Nice tour of Salem
    Carolyn_P, Sep 2023
Starting with the ferry to Salem, we enjoyed our journey. Our Salem guide was very knowledgeable. It was very hot and Jason found us ways to find the most shade as we were walking around to see the most sites in a short time. Loved Salem.

We enjoyed the tour guide. He was very knowledgeable. The ferry where we boarded they gave us the wrong area- it needed to be more it was not between the Aquarium and hotel. Salem was great.

The tour was good! The guide seemed very knowledgeable. The museum was not what I would consider a museum and not what I expected

Our guide! British gentlemen was wonderful. He made walking down a boring little ally with smelly trash adventurous. He was great and kind.
    Fun day in Salem
    Alan_F, Aug 2023
The day trip to Salem from Boston was plenty fun. The ferry ride was around 55 minutes and featured informing narration by Jim, who pointed out lots of interesting landmarks along the cruise. When we arrived in Salem our guide Kelleigh proved to be very knowledgeable and informative as she related stories about various points along our walking tour. The Salem Witch Museum was a memorable stop, and even though the dioramas were a little dated and cheesy, they still presented a lot of important facts about the famous Witch Trials as well as some insight as to how they happened in the first place, as well as a warning about recent/current events. It was nice to have some time for dining & shopping before making our way back to the return ferry. A pretty full and enjoyable day!
An experience that is informative and fun.

Salem is a quaint city with a lot of history. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. If you like Halloween and witches, then this is the place for you. All of the shops are geared towards Halloween. It was a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

there were so many things I wanted to do in addition or stay longer but the rain prevented it from happening. even with the rain it was a great tour
Good tour, great guide, nice overview of Salem
    David_K, Jul 2023
A good overview of Salem and the witch trials. Trey, our guide, was very personable, engaging and helpful. Only downside was that Viator (not Walks, the actual company) told us the wrong meeting place. By calling the Walks toll free number, they linked us up with our guide and all worked out.
    Horrible Company
    Daniel_C, Jul 2023
DONT BOOK HERE!!!! I had a day trip planned to Salem from Boston MA through these crooks and when I went to get on the boat … they said I couldn’t get on. The boat crew was confused… the worthless two scanning tickets were no help but a manager came and figured it out… my trip was canceled and I was never told even though the day before I was texted a reminder about my trip! Horrible experience!!! The ferry people did give me a free boat ride to Salem but it was hours later and we had no time there so I had to take a subway back to Boston. Ended up I was happier without this companies worthless guided trip cuz we could see what we wanted to see instead of staying to their prison schedule times. I called Viator from the dock and they knew it was canceled yet they never told me. I demanded an immediate refund… deserved more compensation but of course they really didn’t offer anything but a fake sorry. I do have an email confirmation saying I am getting a refund …. I better get this refund or the BBB and anyone else that will listen will hear about this. I have traveled the world and have done many excursions like this through other companies and NEVER had an issue no where near this unacceptable! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE INCOMPETENCE CROOKS PLEASE!!!!!
    Enjoyable day

We had a fun day with our tour guide Carol. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. The ferry ride was comfortable and fast. The tour included what was promised and the walking was not too much. We had lunch on our own, but Carol gave us a recommendation which was delicious.

It was a very nice tour. It’s very enjoyable. We especially liked the. The Elizabeth Montgomery, statue, and everything else on the tour.
    Foggy trip to Salem
    Sarah_C, Jun 2023
Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Got a good experience with the town, not just the witchy stuff. Was bummed with the fog, so didn’t see much on the ferry.
    Salem Remembered
    Chris_T, Jun 2023
The tour was better than I thought. The guide met us on the dock before taking the ferry. He told us clearly what to expect in this excursion. The ferry from Boston to Salem was breathtaking. The guide was one of two, and he told us a lot about himself. He took us to the Witch Museum where we watched and listened to an odd recount of what had happened in Salem so long ago. I understand the odd presentation was rather old too. Then, we broke for lunch and there are plenty of decent places to dine in Salem. At 1:00 pm, a new guide took us to the spots in Salem. He was very knowledgeable and clear. We learned a lot and would recommend this tour. However, we walked a lot, so you had better wear very comfortable shoes.
