Tour guide was the best!

Our tour guide. Wil was excellent. So interesting and knowledgeable. It was the busiest May 1st holiday and both tour boats were inoperable and we had to wait 30-40 minutes for another boat - that was the fault of the tour company. Wil made sure we got on the first available boat and kept us updated the whole time. He was fabulous.

Walking tour with Marc as great! Pick up and drop off were exact. Walking time was longer than expected- and was great. Very informative. Value- fine Loved- walking tour Could be better- expectation of boat tour as a a secondary aspect of their tour and not primary. (Maybe change title.) Tips- lovely walking tour. Accessible for young and old.

Tour guide jackpot

We hit the tour guide jackpot with Fabian. She was the best tour guide we have ever had! Her enthusiasm and passion for the history and city of Bruges was palpable. She was so knowledgeable and took time to share maps and tips throughout the city. The boat tour and chocolate tasting were only a bonus. She had a collection of photos and even a sample her own grandmothers lace she used when explaining sites. Her English was excellent and had an umbrella to mark herself when crowds got busy. We could have followed Fabian through the city all day.

Norbert was a terrific, knowledgeable guide. People in Bruges very helpful. Walk from train station to meeting place was farther than expected. Prepare for walking on cobblestones.

It was a nice tour. It was a lot of walking and standing. I was confused as to where to meet the guide, but then figured it out. Elaine our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Brugge. The tour went longer than we expected and we needed to leave the tour to return to the cruise ship.

Our guide was very sweet, very knowledgeable and informative about the history of Brugges. We were very concerned about where to get the best chocolates and waffles and he was a great guide for both! 😀 we actually got a chance to go to a local and extremely delicious chocolate store for a sample. It was absolutely delicious 😋 The boat ride was a nice touch and allowed us to see Brugges from a different mode of transportation. We enjoyed it and so did our 2 children

the cherry on top! Brugge is the most delicious sundae there is .. the history, the architecture, the gorgeous shops and the lovely people. the boat tour is a quick (35 minutes) way to see the city.

Great tour guide. I learned so much from his extensive knowledge. Really enjoyed the canal ride too. The captain was informative but his microphone was muffled. I also was surprised he announced tips would be welcome. I wasn’t prepared for tipping. Our tour guide never asked for tips. I felt bad. All over, it was a great tour and I highly recommend it. I wish I had taken the tour at the start of my trip. It would have been helpful to me in planning.

Lovely town the walking tour was not much walking and a lot of talking. Unfortunately the information was really repetitive and felt like a time filler rather than really valuable insights that we have loved on other walking tours. Boat part would have been lovely but weather not good and everyone had to have umbrellas on the boat that had us all wetter and obscured any view. Weather would have been fine if they limited people on the boat like some other tours we saw rather than cramming a heap of people on
