Reliable service - the driver showed up at 3.45 as requested. We had a 6.30 am departure from BUD so wanted to get there early due to large # of international check-ins. Hence asked him to arrive at the hotel by 3.45 instead of 4 am. Would highly recommend them.

Our driver was prompt and courteous. He picked us in a Tesla at the curb. Initially when booked. this service listed we would be met inside the airport but it was changed only a couple of days prior to pick up. Being unfamiliar with the airport we were not happy with the change. It turned out alright but last minute changes make one uneasy.

Thomas was very punctual at 5:45 a.m. ....the reason we booked through Viator because we have found them to be very reliable. We didn't want to worry about getting to the airport on time since we had a second international transfer flight to catch in Munich. Thomas was helpful and informative and made the trip an extension of seeing Budapest.

I definitely recommend Viator’s “Budapest One Way Private Transfer to and from Airport” to everyone!! The communication was always excellent with quick responses, the price was very reasonable (much less than what the hotel offered) and our driver arrived a few minutes early and was totally professional, kind and an excellent driver!! He had to pick us up at four in the morning and did so with a smile on his face, ready to be of assistance, which was really appreciated. There were also timely confirmations starting from the booking until the actual day needed, so I could relax and know that everything was all set. I will definitely continue to go with Viator in my future travels. I have purchased tours in the past with this company, and they have always been reliable and professional - totally delivering on exactly what was promised.

Thank you for your review. However we both know what happened. We were waiting for your group according to your flight details on your voucher, the group did not show up. Our driver was waiting for you 1.5 hours after landing. We were looking for the group everywhere at the airport We contacted you on whatsapp email, mobile number, no reply. Then you arrived with another flight much later and blamed us. We are humans , everybody can make mistakes, it would be nicer from you just to say, okay we changed our flight, or you made a mistake at the booking form and you forgot to inform us about it.We are a verY Flexible company, we can make changes or reorganize our transfers accordingly anytime if we are informed about it . We do respect the voucher details and we are waiting for our guests accordingly. To blame us and the way of speaking with the management on the phone was unacceptable. It is very sad to state unreal facts about our excellent services and mislead our future guests. We work hard to welcome our guests perfectly as you can read our 5 stars reviews.
