Thank you for your review. However we both know what happened. We were waiting for your group according to your flight details on your voucher, the group did not show up. Our driver was waiting for you 1.5 hours after landing. We were looking for the group everywhere at the airport
We contacted you on whatsapp email, mobile number, no reply.
Then you arrived with another flight much later and blamed us. We are humans , everybody can make mistakes, it would be nicer from you just to say, okay we changed our flight, or you made a mistake at the booking form and you forgot to inform us about it.We are a verY Flexible company, we can make changes or reorganize our transfers accordingly anytime if we are informed about it . We do respect the voucher details and we are waiting for our guests accordingly. To blame us and the way of speaking with the management on the phone was unacceptable. It is very sad to state unreal facts about our excellent services and mislead our future guests. We work hard to welcome our guests perfectly as you can read our 5 stars reviews.
