This was a transfer from the airport to our hotel. Gati, our driver was a great communicator. He sent messages via WhatsApp that kept us informed and provide us with instructions including a photograph of where we were to meet him. That was a great help given it was our first time in that airport and we don't speak the language. He was also a great driver negotiating heavy traffic.

Friendly driver. Used what's app for communication for pick up. Wish we had had a van as 4 people in a station wagon was a little uncomfortable. Luckily all our luggage fit. Helpful hints from driver. Spoke excellent English. Recommend this company for reliable transportation.

The most memorable part of this reservation was that our ride never showed up at the airport. Our flight arrived 11:45AM. After searching through all the drivers with name placards, inside/outside, and down the row of limo cars I texted the company, Lantino Travel, at 12:33PM to ask where to meet the car. I sent two more messages, finally received an email at 12:48PM telling me to meet the driver inside at the Interchange Office. Then got a call at 12:51PM to meet the driver outside. At 12:58PM, the dispatcher asks me where I am because the driver is at the airport. Because the advertisement shows you a private car, that’s what I’m looking for BUT NO, it’s a yellow ‘DOT’ taxi. The worse part of the experience is that there was also a very elderly couple also waiting for Lantino Travel to pick them up and they were also forgotten! A stranger took pity on them and called the company who said a driver was on their way.
