Once you make the reservation please let us know the hotel, you are staying at, so we can schedule your pick up time, this will be scheduled accordingly to your hotel location. Driver will be meet you at the main lobby or entrance of your hotel, please be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. PLEASE NOTE: Transportation is included from the majority of the Hotels located in the tourist area of Los Cabos. If you dont find your hotel please let us know the name of the Hotel you will be staying in order for us to confirm if transportation is provided or we will provide you directions to the tour location. Please note transportation are from Hotels not vacation rentals, condos or private houses.

We were not given our lunch as part of package as promised, we bought our own. Not a good experience

Kindest regards from sunny Los Cabos, as it was explained by the tour guide, the tour included Snorkel at Chileno Bay, and the Box Lunch is provided at the beach, you declined (by signing an "acceptance of responsibility form") you decided to stay in San Lucas and not to take part of the Chileno Beach time, with the box lunch. We are sorry that you feel that we do not comply with the offering, but it was your decision not to take part of it and you sign an acknowledgment document. All the best.

A great tour with variety of experiences. Our guide Limo was on time and ensured each stop on the tour was memorable. We loved the boat ride, glass blowing, and shopping. But our favorite was the snorkeling. Being surrounded by fish along the reef was amazing!
