Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I've been coming to Cabo for almost 10 years and this is the best excursion that I've been on. Roger was great, he was very patient during the entire trip. The day went by very fast because we were constantly moving around with all the things to do.

Our tour was great! Our guide Lenin was super! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We went to the market for some authentic Mexican shopping, the tequila tasting experience was very informative, the clear boat ride was one of a kind, the restaurant we went to was absolutely breathtaking and the glass making shop was a gem! All of this was done while riding through beautiful Los cabos and San Jose. Would definitely recommend!

My family had an horrendous experience due to the lack of communication I received from your staff as well as the itinerary on Viator not matching up with the actual tour itinerary; we even didn’t see the Art Gallery mentioned in the Viator website. First, the tour was supposed to start at 9AM, but the driver picked my family and I up at 8:20 at our hotel. The driver did not speak or understand English, and we were the only people inside the small van. The van’s AC filters were broken, and they were on full blast in the early morning and we couldn’t turn them off. The van dropped us off at the marina stores at 8:35am before the stores were open and no one else was there, and the driver made us wait outside for about 10 minutes before he decided that we can stay inside the car for AC and to sit down. Afterwards, our tour guide showed up and told us that the rest of the guests will arrive at 9:30AM and that we will go to the marina at 9:50; he said we have to wait outside or in the stores without AC since our van driver left. Also, when we got to the marina, we thought our boat would be a glass-bottom boat due to some of the comments mentioning that, but we were disappointed to see that the boat was just a regular boat, not a glass-bottom one. After the boat ride, the van (which fits everyone) had its AC broken down, making everyone sweat for the rest of the tour in the suffocating heat since the windows don’t open. Also, the water bottles weren’t that cold since the ice melted early without the AC. Finally, at the end of the tour, the tour guide almost forgot to drop us off at our hotel until we said we needed to be dropped off there. We do not understand why we were separately picked up from the rest of the group as our hotel was near the hotels of 2 other different parties. Finally, according to the Viator website, we were supposed to spend time at the CABO 8 Art Gallery, but our tour didn’t stop there and our tour guide didn’t mention it.
