Jorge was our driver and he was excellent. Spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable about many subjects and the most interesting was the politics in Mexico. Highly recommend this company. We were wisked away from the airport in less than 10 minutes after checking in with the representative.

Scammed by this company today. I selected the correct date in Viator and somehow it changed to 9/25 versus 10/11 today. My flight details I submitted were correct and was clear I arrived today. Lied and said I no showed and they waited two hours when all they do is when you arrive call a driver over you wait when you arrive bo VIP service driver waiting. Tried to reason and work with them as they have collected my full $150 and they refused leaving me stranded to figure my own way. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Unprofessional and scammers!!!
