A wonderful experience with grown family, the snack and drinks were great, the crew was awesome. They all took great care that we would enjoy ourselves.

I was sent confirmation that the tour was paid, scheduled and printed tickets. When I got to my hotel their was no place to check in for the tour. There was no one there to check us in. I had to call and was told the sunset cruise was cancelled. My card was already charged. I asked for a refund they told me I would have to call another number. I understand COVID closed the marina however you need to have a way to update your clients who book through you. No one from the company new what was going on. We booked the next day with a different company that had the ability to get us out on a boat out.
